{Dara}

When I walked into the kitchen and sat the tray down, I stood there looking back at the door. What in the hell just happened? Why did Gamma Tilden shock me when he touched my hand? I can't ask Mackenna my wolf because she isn't speaking to me. She got mad at me because she wanted to find our mate but I didn't because I was having fun living my life at the moment. I haven't heard from her in a couple of months and I've tried to get her to talk to me but she has a block up. I figure she will come around soon and we will make up. When I finished cleaning, I headed to Georgia's house so I could tell her what happened and see if she could help me figure out what it was. When I walked in the door Georgia was sitting on the couch with a face mask on and one of her books in her hand. She looked up at me and I busted out laughing.

"Ok, I came in here to talk to you about something that happened a little while ago but I can't be serious looking at that mask on your face. You look like Casper the ghost." I say trying to stop laughing.

"Figure out a way to talk 'cause it's not coming off until it's time. I have been relaxing and pampering myself this evening and you aren't going to disrupt my pampering." She says as she closes her book and sits it down next to her.

"Ok. So, what happened was, Gamma Tilden accidentally bumped into me in the packhouse and knocked a tray out of my hands. He helped me pick the stuff up and as he was handing me the tray, his hand touched mine and he shocked me. I don't like static shocking. I mean like shocked strong enough to make me feel like I was being struck by lightning." I tell her.

"Um. I honestly have no idea what that could be, Dara. I mean if you say it wasn't like static shock and was way more intense, maybe we need to ask the pack doctor or maybe I could ask Brandon if he has ever heard of something like that." She says as her timer goes off.

I grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge and follow her to the bathroom. While she is rinsing her face, I tell her that Gamma Tilden actually apologized for bumping into me and told her he sounded sincere when he said it. She turned around and grabbed a towel to dry her face and raised her brow when she looked back at me.

"What are you looking at me like that for? I didn't do anything." I say holding my hands up.

"Not yet but I know you think he is hot and I'm sure if you could you would probably be wrapping your mouth around his waffle cone and licking up his cream." She said as I took a sip of water and I spit it all over the wall.

"HAHAHAHA. Oh, my goddess you just quoted me. I am so proud of you baby girl." I say jokingly and she swats at my arm.

"Shut it. I had a Dara moment. I do have those but they are mainly sassy moments, not the perverted ones." She says as we walk back into the living room.

She sat back down and asked if I was going to hang out for a bit or if I was going home because I was interrupting her pamper time. I told her I was going to call it a night and I would see her in the morning. On my way home, I saw Beta Josiah coming from the woods and not long after he walked out, an omega I knew from the kitchen came out from where he did and she was crying. I walked up to her once she got on the sidewalk and asked if she was ok.

"I'm fine Dara." She said as she wiped her face.

"Giavonna, I know you are lying. I saw Beta Josiah walk off right before you came out crying. What in the hell happened?" I asked.

"Nothing, Dara. I'm fine. Beta Josiah and I were just, Uh. Um. We were just talking." She says as she is holding her arm close to her chest.

I grab her arm and she struggled to get me to let go but I managed to pull up her sleeve and I saw scratches and bruising.

"Giavonna, What happened? Did he do this to you?" I asked.

"I don't want to talk about it, Dara. Please let go of my arm now." She says still trying to yank her arm away.

"Either you tell me what in the hell happened Giavonna, or I get Alpha Brandon involved. Even if you and Beta Josiah were screwing, this is not ok even for foreplay." I told her as I let go of her arm.

"I can't talk about it out here. Can we go to your house?" She asked while looking around.

We walked back to my house and as soon as I closed the door she broke down and began bawling. When I was able to get her to calm down enough to talk, she began to tell me what happened.

"Dara, I swear I am not a bad girl. I was a virgin until Beta Josiah." She said as she sniffled.

"It's OK, Giavonna. I am not passing judgment on you. Just tell me what happened." I said.

"I was out with 3 of my girlfriends and they decided to go to one of the parties the Beta was at. I stayed to myself since I wasn't into all that. I was standing there and he walked up to me. At first, I thought he was sweet, you know, coming up to talk to me, so I wasn't by myself. My thoughts changed a few days later when he cornered me after I left the packhouse. I was heading home from my shift and he walked out from the side of the packhouse and asked if he could walk me home. I found it to be a little odd for him since I have seen how he is with everyone. We walked down the alley behind the flower shop and that's when he pinned me to the wall and began kissing me. I didn't think he was going to do anything else, since he kept his hands on the wall and was just kissing me. I gave in and kissed him back. He didn't try anything else until the next day. He asked me to go on a walk with him and when we got into the woods he began acting weird. I stopped and sat down on the ground because my feet were hurting and I guess he saw that as his opening. He pushed me back and began groping me and put his hand down my pants. I told him I was a virgin and I was waiting to find my mate. He growled, but it wasn't him. It was his wolf and he said I was his mate and he was going to have what was his. I may only be 18 but I am not stupid. I know my wolf would have sensed it if he was our mate. I tried to push him back but I couldn't. I knew there wasn't anything I could do, so I let him do what he was going to do. When he was finished, I lay there and cried. He asked me what was wrong as if he didn't know what he had just done to me. I yelled at him and told him what he had done. His wolf came forward and told me to keep my mouth shut and said that he would take it whenever he wanted and if I fought him, I'd regret it. This has been going on since then and when I try to fight him off I end up with scratches or bruises. I tried to talk to him about it but he made it seem like I was lying and I wanted it." She explained to me.

"Giavonna, why didn't you report him?" I asked.

"Report him? You see my arm, right? Imagine what he'd do to me if I were to report him. Plus, who is going to believe me over the Beta?" She snapped.

"I am going to find a way to stop this. You don't deserve this. No one does. I am going to get proof somehow so everyone knows the truth. I promise, Giavonna." I told her as I pulled her into a hug.

I walked her out and asked if she needed me to walk her home and she told me no. When I closed my door, I paced back and forth debating whether I should tell Georgia about this and go to Brandon or if I should get some proof first.
