Joshua doesn't say anything until the girl turns to see me, pursing her lips. "Well, look who's finally home. Had fun slacking off?"
"W-What―?" I look at Joshua and the girl in his arms, dumbfounded. "I wasn't slacking ― why is she here?"
"Why? Because she can be here. I can bring whoever I want into this mansion." He says, kissing the top of her head. "What? Don't tell me you're bothered because I bought another female into my mansion?"
"I―" I can't deny it. I feel so torn that I don't know how to respond without crying. I don't want to cry but my heart is stinging from this sight in front of me.
"Everybody, quick! Be surprised by the fact that Seraphine fell in love with me!" Joshua says loudly before laughing loudly. When his laughter dies down, he looks at me with a sinister smile.
