He quickly rushed down the stairs to take a look, pulling the drawer, he saw a smoking bowl of hangover soup with side dishes packed well in white glasswares covered in cling wrap.

He wasted no time and ate the food at once, completely forgetting his plans of finding Leerion inside his place, later did he remember him after he finished the bowl in satisfaction.

Food is like s*x, you get all the nutrients you need, you end with a satisfying groan and you feel good.

Travis cleaned up after his mess and walked back to his bedroom, and just then he realized he had forgotten about Leerion. He went to the bedside table and switched his phone, it appears that after he got wasted last night, Leerion took care of him and even charged his phone for him.

Thinking of a good excuse to pester his secretary, Travis dialed the number at once, usually, it wouldn’t take him two to three rings and he would answer his call right away, but right now, he called for five times already and the man still hadn’t picked up the call.

Travis tapped his fingers repetitively on top of the table and clicked his tongue, he was feeling rather impatient the longer he waited for the man to answer  the call.

He turned crimson and left his house at once, he called Leerion’s personal assistant and asked him if he had seen Leerion. Travis was skeptical since he realized he knows nothing about where Leerion lives at all.

Travis parked to the side of his company building and waited till he received the text from Leerion’s assistant. Leerion is not just Travis’ assistant, he is also a Director of his company and owned 15% shares after he bought it from some of the selfish geezers who got nothing better to do. With Leerion owning such a large share, Travis and his family won’t have to worry if someone would dare to go against them since Leerion could easily help out in voting for Travis to remain as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tryton Corporation, however this information is only available to the higher ups trusted by the Ampher family.

DING

His phone sounded in his hand and he quickly peered on it.

“Wyatt Residency? Hmm? I didn’t know he was near me and here I am going so far as the company building.” Travis grumbled under his breath before starting the engine of the car and drove through the slightly busy road.

It took Travis a long time to reach the Wyatt residency and when he got there he was asked to provide an evidence that he is allowed inside, however Travis scowled and impatiently tapped the tip of his finger to the table counter then pursed his lips into a thin line.

The Wyatt residency is owned by the famous Wyatt family who had power and wealth fifth to the Kings family. Their leader and patriarch Nicholas Wyatt is a strong and capable man.
