Hannah's POV
His face lost all its color when I asked him about Emily. Why did she affect him so badly? Was she an old fling? Or a girlfriend. Maybe his first love. His face turned into a scowl and his jaw clenched so tighlty that I thought it would break.
"How do you know about Emily?", He hissed with contempt.
If he loved her then why does he sound so angry on hearing her name?
"Your mother told me about her.", I replied honestly.
"Damn. I should have guessed.", he muttered to himself.
"So who is she?"
"Nobody you should be concerned about. You will never say her name in my house. Never again.", He grunted, narrowing his eyes towards me. Without waiting for my reply, he stood up and walked out of house.
Congratulations, you have ruined it once again Hannah.

Well, I never thought I would be entering his office one day, with a lunch box in my hand. I angered him in the morning so it was my duty to make up for this mistake. And I thought casserole would be perfect way for it. The receptionist told me to go to 23rd floor where his office was situated.
Following her instructions, I took the lift only to find the person I least expected to find in the lift.
"So we meet again, beautiful.", said Zac with his signature smirk gracing his face.
"What are you doing here?", I squealed in surprise and gave him a small hug.
"Well I don't earn money with only my looks. I have to work too, angel. Though I know I can be a Calvin Klein model anytime but I prefer doing business.", he replied, giving me a wink.
"Yeah right. I wonder how can someone be so full of himself.", I asked rolling my eyes.
"Well, with beauty comes a little pride too.", He said, earning a chuckle from me. "By the way, what are you doing here? Want to have a quickie with that smug bastard."
"Shut up you fool. I brought food for him."
"Okay. Well my destination has arrived. See you soon sweetheart.", he left and soon my destination arrived too.
Feeling satisfied with my look, I made my way towards his office.
"Mam you cannot go in", a women tried to stop me.
"I'm his wife. I can go in without your permission."
"But mam, sir asked me not to let anyone in."
"Move away woman. I came to meet him, then I would meet him."
Pushing her aside softly, I barged in the office. I instantly regretted my decision because he was sucking the face of a woman who was sitting on her lap. She was a redhead with quite big...umm..assets. It felt like a deja Vu. Noticing me, she stood up and frowned.
"Who the hell let you enter here, b***h?", she yelled.
I looked between her and my dear husband, who assured me last night that he never slept with Caroline after our marriage. What he didn't tell me was that he was so busy sucking other ladies' mouths.
"Sweetheart, why don't you throw that girl out so we can continue.", she said fluttering her eyelashes.
I looked at him, expecting him to look ashamed but he was glaring me with a scowl.
"Can't you see I'm busy. Get out of here ", he growled.
I thought he had changed but he was still the same, cold-hearted pig. How dare he! Throwing the food on his couch, I gave him a cold glare and marched out of there, stomping my foot.
Walking out of his office, I noticed a small garden in front of it. Sitting on a wooden bench, I let out a frustrated sigh. Tears pooled in my eyes and I let them flow freely. After what it felt like an hour, I felt a presence beside me. A hand gripped my shoulders and pulled me in for a hug. Welcoming the familiar warmth, I cried my heart out.
"Don't worry beautiful. Everything will be better. Soon.", whispered the person in a low voice, rubbing my back.
He offered me a handkerchief and pulling away, I wiped my face. I must be looking like a mess.
Zac looked me in my eyes and demanded softly, "What did the i***t do this time?"
"He *hiccup* was with *hiccup* this girl *hiccup* I brought *hiccup* food *hiccup* He yelled *hiccup*", I tried to talk but couldn't.
He offered me water which I gulped abruptly.
"Want to make him pay back for it.", he asked, looking me in eyes.
"But how?"
"Let's give him a taste of his own medicine."
"But he doesn't even like me."
"He does. Believe me, I know him very well."
"Then why does he treat me like that?"
"Because he is a stupid jerk. And we'll show him what he is missing."
"Well, if you say so."
"Yup. Now let me drive you back to your home. You look like hell.", he commented and I laughed.

Changing into sweatpants and tanktop, I made my way to the lounge where Zac was waiting for me. He had ordered Chinese food and was watching Harry Potter on the TV. It was almost comical, a grown up Playboy like him watching Harry Potter.
"Come here. The food is getting cold." he made space for me on the couch and I sat down. The food was really delicious and we finished it in ten minutes. Then I brought two tubs of Haagen Dazs and we lost ourselves in the magical world of Hogwarts.
"So what's you masterplan?", I asked.
"Nothing."
"What? You are kidding, right?"
"Of course not."
"Then what are we going to do?"
"Nothing. We shall not do anything. Just act natural and he will be burning in jealousy soon. Believe me.", he said, reassuring me.
"Well, I hope you know what you're doing.", With that, I focused my attention back to the movie.
I wanted to hurt him, the same way he hurt me. I wanted him to feel the agony I felt. I wanted, no, I needed him to feel the betrayal. And if Zac was willing to help me then I'm definitely in.
"This Ron guy is so stupid. Hermoine deserves better. She is better off with Harry.", Zac said in annoyance, pulling me out of my thoughts.
"How dare you? They love each other. It doesn't matter if Harry is better than Ron. If she loves Ron, then all these things don't matter.", I snorted.
"But he is ugly. Look at him." He laughed and I kicked his shin.
"You didn't just kick me." he looked surprised, his eyes widened like a saucer.
"Yep I did.", I grinned.
Mischief filled his eyes and he attacked me, tackling me to the sofa, he started tickling me.
"No- no Stop-- please----- I can't -- breathe" I said between my laughs but his assault didn't stop.
"Serves you right. Say 'Zac you are the best' and I'll stop"
"Never-- gonna----- happen.", I said, trying to control my laughter. He continued tickling me and I was laughing like a person on run from asylum. My stomach started to hurt.
Soon he stopped and that's when I noticed out position. Zac was hovering over me and looking in my eyes with an unexplainable emotion in his piercing blue eyes.
I tried getting up but he looked as if he was in a trance.
A loud bang astounded us and Zac sat up straight. The bang came from the door of lounge where Jackson was standing, looking at us with fury-filled eyes. His face was turned into a scowl and his hands were tightened in a grip. Zac's smirked at him and he growled in return.
Oops. Danger alert.
