We had been walking for several hours heading towards the Swan Lake pack.
The map showed a massive cross on their border line, telling us that there were a group of hunters camping around the area.
I walked beside Lucy who slouched, as if to be tired, even if we were werewolves.
I watched as she lifted her head up to see Noah giving her a side glance.
Once he noticed her catch his stare, he glanced away, almost embarrassed.
Lucy smiled to herself and sped up her steps to begin walking beside him, completely oblivious to the fact that I had seen their little interaction.
I couldn't help but mentally scowl at myself. Why couldn't I be as confident and go up to Eddie like that?
I looked in front of me too see him walking beside Chris, mimicking his silence.
