Chapter 34
Alpha John
When I got the call from the lycan king to be there within the hour, I hurried linking my mate and my beta. We hurried to get out of the pack house and sped off, when the king calls you know your ass better be in a hurry. I wondered what my damn daughter did now, And what she is doing to be in trouble? The kingdom wasn't very far at all. We made it there in thirty minutes. We parked the car and hurried to the castle. The guards were waiting for us. When they saw us they opened the doors. We nodded and hurried inside. The head guard was waiting for us and told us to follow him. We walked behind him. I asked him.
"Excuse me sir. But do you know what this meeting is all about?" He said nothing only opened the doors to the Throne room.
"The king will be here shortly. Please have a seat at the round table."
Head guard Chris pov
When I was leading these people to the throne room the alpha asked if I knew what the meeting was about. I knew but I wasn't going to tell him. So I said nothing and waited until we got into the room. It took ten minutes for King Jaden and Queen Alyssa to come into the room with this beautiful lady. I don't know what it was but it took my breath away. Her scent was overpowering. I knew who she was. But this was the first time she was so close to me. I hurried over to her. Holding her in my arms. Growling in her ear. "Mate mine." She looked up into my hazel green eyes smiling.
"Mate mine" her father stood up roaring.
"SHE WILL NEVER BE A MATE TO A f*****g GUARD!!" Jaden looked over at him growling.
"My advice to you John is to never raise your voice and in my home again. Now shut the f**k up."
John sat back down with a frown on his face. Mumbling.
"So John. It comes to my attention that you have your daughter in an arranged marriage. That is now off. The only time that there are arranged marriages is when I arrange them when necessary. And you lady Carrie. Telling your daughter all she is good for is baby making. Do you even know that she wants to become a warrior? There are a lot of Luna's out there who are warriors or fighters. And you sit there telling her she is just a baby marker. You too are not worthy to be an alpha or a Luna. Where is your beta?" He looked over to the man that was sitting beside me. He stood up.
"My name is Chase. I am the beta of the Black tree pack. I have told him that the marriage thing should never happen. Let her find her own mate. But he insisted on it. Saying it would be a great marriage. I believe in the old ways where they find their mates. He has been telling the pack to reject their weak mate and find a stronger one. Everyone is unhappy. We need a better alpha that will take care of the people and the pack lands." I looked at Chase horrified.
"You sit down you no good for nothing"
Jaden. Got up and grabbed John by the throat.
"I hear you denounce you as Alpha of the Black Tee pack. And your Luna is no longer luna. You are not worthy of even owning a pack. My guards and warriors just linked me telling me the grounds are horrible. The houses are run down. What the hell have you been doing with the money you earn?" I couldn’t say nothing but hold my head down.
"You will be put back in the alpha academy and be retaught. The same goes for Carrie. You will be put back in the Luna academy. And learn how to be respectful. Your daughter will be in training to be a warrior. And by the looks of it. She will be staying here at the castle. Since she had found her mate. Now Chase. I have linked my warriors letting the pack know. You are now Alpha of the Black tree pack. If you have a mate. She will be Luna. If I hear anything bad going on inside that pack. You will be stripped from the title and back here, is that clear?"
"Yes sir. Very clear sir. But I have no mate as of yet." He made me reject her. She still lives in the pack. I will take my rejection back and hope she will take me as her mate."
"Chase. Did she accept your rejection?" He shook his head no.
"No sir she didn't."
Then she is still your mate. Go to her, take the rejection back and treat her right."
"Yes sir I will. He hurried out to head home to his mate. He never wanted to reject her. It was all John's fault. She always said he wanted a stronger pack. And now look. He is stripped from his title.
"Chris. Please show your mate to your room. She will be living with you in the castle. She will be getting up early to be trained as a warrior. And Crissa you will be my mate's right hand woman." The girl smiled wide and said yes sir" they both left to do what they were told to do.
"Well it's about time he found his mate. So when do you want to do this training?" He almost forgot about me then he looked over at me and my mate.
" I think the both of you need to find your room. Training is at five am in the morning be outside and that's an order."
Sapphire pov
It has been a month since I was a rogue. And no one has come to find me. I don't like it here. Rogues are everywhere. No rules and they are up half the night. I need sleep. I feel like I'm starting to go crazy from lack of sleep. Sometimes I feel like I hear voices in my head. And I'm not talking about my lycan either. I need to get the hell out of here. I told the rogue king I was going to the human part of town to go shopping, I would be back in a few hours, he said nothing. I packed a back full of my things and left that crazy ass place. I rented a room in a nice hotel and lived there. I finally felt peace in my head and had a full night's rest. When I awoke at six in the morning I was finally ready to do my plan. I want to get rid of Alyssa, she has taken something that is mine.
