Chapter 07

"Lucien, you fool! wait!" shouted Darren as he leaves. Just as Darren too, prepares to stop him, he is briefly interrupted by one of the inmate.

"It's too late, he's already gone, don't worry about him." said the inmate to which Darren stops for a brief seconds, then departs away while not standing to assist his brother as he continues his battle which, results in Lucien turning on his downfall as the equipped individuals managed to take down Lucien while he struggles to hold onto breathing in empty space as his skin starts to crackle as soon as it heals.

"He's going to die, we need to sedate him." said one of the soldiers as they surround him while he drops down in exhaustion and starts to float mid air, going away from surface until a soldier straps her shackles onto him and pulls him down in order to pin him down.

But upon the scent of fresh blood smell which spreads as a small strap from her suit is revealed, Lucien awakens with glowing red eyes and embarks on a fiery rage which led to ripping apart the soldiers neck and feasting on her blood as he roars in rage, only to get pulled by mysterious grain of thick gas which spreads in air behind Lucien out of nowhere while the soldiers run upon the sight of it.

"What.. where are you... oh shit." intended Lucien to speak, but due to condition, only whispers of his words were told as the air gets closer and closer until it eventually consumes him whole while his eyes closes.

Meanwhile, Klaus, after having broken free from the simulation, his body soon met his end when one of the alien managed to take him down, but somehow, his body is currently kept in observation by a pod where it slowly regenerates his body while the entire ship undergoes a massive culling by a unknown being which kills anything it comes across, alien and human.

Sounds of tortures and screams are heard from distance as fresh blood was poured all across the floor, not a single place left for life.

Soon, all the sounds, the screams, the blood, stops, citing that none of his enemies of Klaus are now alive, except for one who slowly walks from the shadows after being transformed back into a human from a gigantic hound, soon, revealed to be a little girl, one whom the whole world will recognize as Ayame Malraux.

Even though her whole body is covered by blood, she moves on regularly across each section of the ship, finds a pair of dress which she wears after taking a slow shower in one of the open pods.

While this goes on, Klaus once again manages to break free of himself from conscious, and finds himself stuck inside a simulation which he breaks free instantly with a powerful kick which devastates half the place.

Upon opening his eyes, his sight disgusts upon the brutality of what had been done to the place, then what does he last remember before falling unconscious.

Just then, even when feeling downed, he manages to hear whispers and screams of a battle taking place soon after the pod was opened wide by a unknown being, the exact pod which he came out of now.

"What.. just happened?" asked Klaus to himself as he looks to his hands and face to find himself healed, then proceeds forth to get out of the pod into the bloody m******e, including aliens and humans, whom had been ripped to pieces by something he is yet to know of.

"What did this? who did this?" asked Klaus as he starts walking forth silently, confused by this action of brutality, then remembers how the alien was pleading him to not release with he did not comply to earlier.

Before he could walk any further, a sound of a heartbeat quickly catches his attention just as his own heartbeat catches the attention of the girl too at a distance.

As they remain paused, alerted, and not knowing how to approach one another, before a sudden sound of ship sounding with red alert managed to make the girl run away in fear as Klaus keeps staring across the ship, not knowing what to do.

"Ships on red, that can't be good, this can wait." said Klaus who sprints forth the opposite way towards the hollow deck in order to check what's going on. As he enters the hollow deck, just like every parts of the ship, this too had been destroyed to complete chaos, except for the captain's chair which remains intact as Klaus then starts to operate it while leaning forth.

"This is a odd type of chair.. suppose it does fit for a alien, or whatever that was." said Klaus looking at the structure of the chair.

His attention cuts short when he hears the sound of electrical circuits breaking to which he sprints off to see what it is, and as he witnesses the ship facing the sight of a oncoming black hole, his heart completely freezes in shock, taken completely by surprise.

"This can't be good." said Klaus who starts to find any type of equipment in order to steer the ship off course from its likely doom, but no matter what he does, or whichever parts he rips out of, the ship doesn't stop, and in the end, it's very structure starts to mold along with him while Klaus gets smashed by a hardware which gets broken from the ship's interior.

"Godamnit!" shouted Klaus in rage as he uses his ultimate strength to break free of the hardware and a piece of it gets attached by a broken panel which transmutes it online.

Fascinated by its holographic view, Klaus runs off to operate by his last chance but before he could do so, the power of the ship turns offline, switching all systems to zero power as they helplessly fall into the black hole while Klaus feels torn and ripped from inside out until he makes it out, landing in a perils of a world, unfamiliar to his own.

"I.. I didn't die." said Klaus seconds before the complete ship turned itself online, with the status of the ship changes from red alert to complete calmness while Klaus takes in a complete view in this bloody m******e, only to get himself a visitor approaching him slowly from distance.

"You... you're alive, I can hear your heartbeat, what are you? who are you?" asked Klaus looking against the shadow as the girl then sticks herself to the shadows rather than moving forward.

"You.. talk?" asked a voice of a little girl, speaking for the first time. "Yes, I can talk.. wait, you're a.. child? how did you end up here?" asked Klaus to which no reply comes from the girl in which Klaus sighs and crouches down.

"Look, you don't have to be afraid of me, alright? I am a friend...I'm not here to hurt you, I just want to know what happened, do you know what happened?" asked Klaus to which again, complete silence remains as the girl continues not to talk.

"Answer me damnit!" shouted Klaus once again, as he hears the whisper of the girl getting frightened, then slowly stepping out in tears, revealing herself in white gown and bathed in water, but some of the blood remains sticked with her.

Looking upon her complete appearance, Klaus feels both affectionate, and guilty about how much he had frightened the poor girl to his eyes. In some ways to him, the girl bears quite resemblances to his late wife of whom he was about to have a child with ages ago.

"Come here, I promise, I won't hurt you." said Klaus waving his hand towards her to which she, at first hesitates, but something about the gesture of Klaus makes if feel comfortable for her to trust in, as she continues to walk forward until they stand against each other inches away.

"What's your name?" asked Klaus to which the girl doesn't reply.

"You know what, nevermind, why don't you tell me what happened here? who did this to them? the people in this ship." asked Klaus as girl points out her finger towards the side, showing a reflection of herself from one from the walls which Klaus doesn't understand.

"What's there, I don't understand.." continued Klaus until the girl runs forth to hug him in a desperate need of comfort as she continues to cry while Klaus hugs her back, comforting her in a silent pause.

Meanwhile, back in Kleham, just as Mikeala is about to enter the lair where Rebecca is being kept as hostage, the same burst of thin gas spreads across the room from nowhere, and as Mikeala storms in with a kick, the gas within the room blasts with massive impact, almost tearing itself to the surface as well.

As dust settles from Mikeala having to get recovered from another blow, she soon stands up and goes forth to walk until she comes face to face with none other than Lucien himself who is shocked about how he got here.

"What in the.. wait, Lucien?" asked Mikeala in which Lucien turns and gets himself even more shocked to see his sister face to face in this unknown place to him. "Sister? what in the blazes are you doing here?" asked Lucien.

"You're asking me? where the hell did you come from?" asked Mikeala. "I.. am still working on that.. wait, another heartbeat." said Lucien as he goes forth to cleaning out the rubble from the floor at a rapid rate until he eventually finds a girl strapped in a slab which crumbed down with the rubble, the girl revealed to be none other than Rebecca herself to whom Lucien feels dazzled by her beauty.

"Woah.." said Lucien. "Is that a.. human? Frak!" said Mikeala sprinting forward to tear out holes in her wrist using her fangs, then pours her blood into Rebecca in order to heal herself.
