I still couldn't believe that a single meeting had transformed the usually relaxed atmosphere of Bolster into a state of mayhem. It was finally happening this week, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. As a common folk who had nothing to gain from the Fall meeting, I only hoped for it to pass by quickly so that the company could finally return to normal. Little did I know that what I thought was an insignificant appeal for hope would soon turn into an outcry of despair, for at this point I had no idea of what was to come on the day of the meeting.
