Diana sadly waited for Derrick to come to her rescue. She knew what he was currently doing with Cassy. She had given him the go-ahead because it was the only way out for them.
Derrick had refused and insisted that he was going to find other ways to set her free but she knew that she did not have a lot of time and she had not had the opportunity to tell Derrick about the baby in her womb.
She wanted it to be a surprise. Derrick had told her about their honeymoon and gave her his assurance that it would be special and be held in the country of her choice. She had everything all planned out and wanted to give him the news then but Cassy kidnapped her. She could not let Cassy know about her pregnancy because she was crazy.
