I walked out of the Tamaris Royal Hotel with a contract in my hand. I decided to pick up another job to work on my days off from the restaurant. Hopefully, the extra money would speed things up even more.
We had started to look around for some land for sale, but we hadn’t really found something that worked yet. Due to our need for privacy, we needed to be picky with which area we chose. We also needed to make sure that we didn’t disturb neighboring packs. We needed to be able to make alliances, and we wouldn’t be off to a great start if we had offended anyone.
Besides, buying large chunks of land was a lot more expensive than we first thought, so we really needed all the money we could get.
