CHAPTER 4

Today was the day. The day Lilianna could go back to her home after two years of being away from them. Lilianna rode with Oliver in a black jeep which was driven by their driver. It was Wednesday and they were driving to a private airport owned by of course The D'Amato Family. Oliver was working on something on his computer while Lilianna just looked out the window. As much as she hated to admit it, but she was going to miss Italy. It's traditional places, food, culture, and lovely people. They finally pulled up to the airport and the man next to the driver got out and opened their doors. The man held Lilianna's hand as she got out. Oliver walked around and laid his hand on her back. They walked over to the black jet. The door was open and before they entered, two large men that were beside it, went in first. This was a normal procedure when they traveled. The cabin was checked twice. Before they arrived and when they arrived. It was a while before the two guards walked out. They nodded their heads and Oliver gave them a curt nod in return. Lilianna climbed up the stairs with Oliver close behind her. Two air attendants were at the entrance when Lilianna got on. "Good morning, Mrs. D'Amato." They greeted her, "Good morning." She replied, "Good morning, Mr. D'Amato." Lilianna could see the want in both attendant’s eyes as they greeted. The green monster called jealousy reared its ugly face and Lilianna fought the urge to snap at them. She shook her head, catching herself. Why the hell would she be jealous! She couldn't care a rat's ass for him. He could have them for all she cared. Oliver placed his hand on her back and ignored the attendants. At least he was pretending not to be interested in them. I'm sure he'd love to have a threesome with them. Lilianna walked further into the cabin and took a seat on a couch at the far end. Oliver sat to where there was a table to rest his laptop on and went back to work. The two guards shortly after walked in and took a seat. They were just waiting for the pilots so that they could leave. Valentina and her fiancé, Antonio had already left yesterday and were staying in the same hotel that Lilianna and Oliver was staying in. It would only be temporarily until they could find a nice place to stay. The pilots finally arrived, and they greeted everyone. They got working and one came on the intercom. "Good morning, this this is your captain speaking. We are set to leave in five minutes. We will be flying to Los Angeles, California. The flight will take exactly thirteen hours. There will be no stops." Lilianna listened to the pilot speak as she pulled out her books from her bag. The intercom went off for a couple of minutes and when it came back on, it was a flight attendant. "Hello, I am your number one attendant, Macy. Please turn off all your electronic devices and gadgets. Please put on your seat belt and ensure that your things are held properly. We will be leaving in just a moment." The attendant said, Lilianna placed her books on the seat next to her and buckled up. The door was shut, and everyone was buckled up and ready to leave. Lilianna closed her eyes as the plane began to move. It slowly gained speed and it was up in the air. She relaxed and didn't bother listen as the attendant spoke. They were finally able to turn their things back on. Lilianna grabbed her iPod and listened to music as she read. This is going to be one long flight. ~~~~ Los Angeles. Sunny, loud, and beautiful. The thirteen-hour flight was thankfully over and Lilianna and Oliver found themselves in another car that was going to take them to L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. It was a private five-star hotel in Beverly Hotels. The car pulled up to the hotel and they got out. Oliver of course rested his hand on her back and guided her inside. They walked over to the reception. "Good evening, I'm Lindsey. How may I help you?" The woman behind the desk asked. "I have a presidential suite in the name of D'Amato." Oliver said, The woman looked through the computer and nodded her head. "Yes. Oliver D'Amato and Lilianna D'Amato." The woman said, Oliver nodded his head and the woman handed him two keys. He thanked her and took them. She explained to them that their bags were already being taken upstairs and that there was going to be buffet tonight along with a Coldplay show. Lilianna took her time walking to the elevator, looking around the lobby. It was filled with people going on and about. "Lilianna, come." She looked up to see Oliver already by the elevator waiting for her. She stepped in and Oliver pressed the top floor. The elevator ride was quiet except for the elevator music playing and the elevator stopping at floors. They finally reached the top and they walked to their room. Oliver unlocked the door and as Lilianna walked in, she saw her bags on the side. Two guards that clearly belong to the family were already there and informed them that everything was checked. Oliver spoke to them and Lilianna looked around the suite. Everything was beautiful and Lilianna picked the room with the glass wall viewing the city. She stood by the glass watching the sun slowly set over the Hollywood sign. She sighed laying her head against the cool glass. "It's dangerous to be leaning against the glass. Maybe you should pick another room." Oliver's deep voice rang through the room. "No, I like this room. I like the view." Lilianna replied, lightly shaking her head. Oliver stared at her back. It was dangerous because the D'Amato Family is a dangerous one and by now enemies know that he was married and to Lilianna. Anyone could shoot the glass and kill her. But maybe she secretly wished for that. Oliver tensed at the thought, but quickly shook it away. "Be careful then." He said and walked away to his room. Lilianna stayed there by the glass looking down. She tried to see if she could anything familiar but couldn't. She lived miles from here in the more peaceful and affordable area. After a while, Lilianna walked to bring in her bags. She had two suitcases and a small bag holding her belongs. Music played loudly as she unpacked her bag. At around six in the evening, Oliver knocked on her door. "Come in." She yelled out from laying on the bed. The door opened to reveal Oliver in a crisp, new black suit. His hair was combed and gelled back. "I have to go to a meeting, but I'll be back soon. Don't leave the suite." He said, adjusting his tie. "Ok." Lilianna replied, She had no intention in leaving the hotel tonight. She was jet lagged and would simply call room service and watch movies. Oliver stared at her for a moment and smirked. "Wife. Come here and give me a kiss goodbye." Oliver said, Lilianna looked at him disbelief and didn't move. She glared at him with all she could. He was taking this wife submissive role too far. He raised an eyebrow at her, waiting for her to move. Lilianna huffed and got off the bed. She walked over to him and stopped. Her head stopped just below his chin and she could smell his amazing cologne. She held his shoulders for support as she got on her tip toes. Oliver rested his hands on her hips and pulled her closer. Her lips brushed his and was about to pull away from him, when he gripped her neck with his hand and slammed his lips onto hers. He kissed her roughly and wouldn't pull away when she wanted to breathe. Lilianna eyes widened and hit his chest which absolutely no effect on him. He finally pulled away and pecked her lips one last time before walking away. Lilianna slammed her door shut, furiously wiping her mouth. She walked over to the glass and pulled a chair over. She sat down and tucked her feet underneath her. She laid her head on the arm of the chair. She really needs to start being nice to Oliver if she wants to her family. Fake it Till You Make It.
