After breakfast, I went upstairs to get ready for school. When I climbed downstairs, I found Javier in the living room with April, setting up the tv for her to watch while everyone is away.
"If you need anything then you can make calls from the phone in my office and don't answer the door unless it's one of us," Javier said while pointing to him and me. April was listening very attentively to him and nodded.
"What if Stefaan is home while we are away?" I asked.
"He can wait outside in the porch until we come home," Javier replied dryly. I was confused whether to laugh or frown at his response.
"Have a great day," April chirped while we were leaving.
