The Start of an Obsession

Theo’s POV

Things had finally felt like they were calming down. The coffee shop was open and doing well, we had enrolled in a private school so we could basically buy our degrees, and Zade seemed to be leaving us alone. I smiled as I cleaned a glass. This was the first time in years that I felt calm. Deciding to come into a human city to live was always risky, but we had a deal with Woodstock even when we were in the pack, since they bordered Illyria, we protected them, and they didn't expose us.

I heard a vehicle pull up and so I went out to the front, I could hear the car door open and her shoes hit the damp asphalt. And then the smell, how could I smell her from here? It was like sugar plumps and fresh snow, the aroma casted me into a tailspin as my eyes searched for her. How could someone smell this good?

I could feel Ivan stirring, that didn’t make sense we had our beast locked away when we decided to leave. f**k, is she? I couldn’t bear to get my hopes up until she stepped into view, her petite hands pushing open the door as she shuddered from the cold. Her face is the crux of what we had been looking for, she was the sun and stars and we would be the planets wrapped around her thanking her for giving us something to live for. Through the makeup I could see her soft freckles that lined her nose and pink tinted glossy lips so plump that I wanted to suck on them till they were red. Was she trying to hide her body? It wasn’t working. She was thick no matter what she wore. I could see her hips and thighs. That made my d**k twitch and just wanted to bury it in them.

Vlad would have a field day with those breasts, her pale skin would be marked so beautifully. Her face was so innocent and sweet Zade would love to see her makeup running down it if he even wants her. Zade was complicated, but it’s all in the past and this small little thing was our future. Maybe she could bring us back together. I could see she had a small bit of tummy fat and I grinned wanting to grab it all of us like that pudge right there. She was perfect.

“What can I get for you darling?” I asked as she walked up to the counter, even her walk was alluring. She couldn’t look at me and I internally whined, I wanted to see her eyes so badly. I want to see them staring at me all the time.

“I’ll just take a hibiscus pomegranate refresher,” she spoke quietly. f**k, her voice was soothing we could all use that. She finally looked up at me and her eyes were like storm clouds, a deep gray with hints of blue and green in them.

“s**t, I forgot my wallet in my jeep,” she began to panic. “I’ll be right back.”

“I’ll start it and ring you up afterwards,” I smiled at her playfully, seeing her frazzled brought a whole new level of adorableness to her. I walked away from the counter to start her drink.

When I heard the door close I was back to watching her, she was leaning into her jeep on her tiptoes trying to get her wallet, her ass looked so juicy I wanted nothing more than to take her right then and there to just slip into her and she leaned over. I pulled my gaze away after hearing her find the wallet and went to the back to finish her drink. I wanted it to be perfect for our perfect girl.

In the back I couldn’t help but worry for her, if we take her before Zade is ready she’ll be in pain, he has already picked a chosen mate for himself. That was the whole reason we left, Vald and I wouldn’t give up a soul mate for that bimbo. Should I call him and let him know? If he could just see her, maybe he would change his mind. Maybe me and Vlad should just disavow the pack and make the Human realm our permanent home. So many thoughts were rushing through my head.

My mind snapped out of it when the door rang, my heart jumped from my chest hoping that I could see her again. ButI could hear both Vlad and Minnie, and then the sweet smell of blood filled my nose. I came out with the drink to see the girl in Vlad’s arms bleeding. “What the f**k happened!?”
