I followed the woman through a bunch of hallways, there were so many twists and turns I swear I wouldn’t be able to find my way back. We turned a corner and there was light at the end, not the type that was illuminating the cave palace but the natural kind flowing from outside, so that’s where we were going. Once we were outside, a gust of cold wind blew around us nipping at my exposed face, “it’s been so long since I came out for some fresh air” the woman said taking a deep breath of air and I had to agree, although it was chilly, the cool air was refreshing, I closed my eyes to breath it in and just feel it beating against my skin, it felt good.
