Lylia smelled him as soon as he was near the pair. As she tilted head to look at him, she felt knock out of lungs at the crazy look on his face. His heavy breathing almost lulled her. And by the way, he had his fist clench on asides made her scared. She prayed that he would walk further but instead he stopped near them. She cringed at the way his steps crunched against the floor, and before she could say anything, politely ask him why was he standing there, she let out a shriek in absolute horror as Aiden ripped the Alpha that was comforting her. She stared at the scene unfolding in front of her with wide eyes, unable to move and to shocked to process the whole thing. Her eyes widened at the way Aiden twisted Dylan's arm and pushed it behind his back, causing him to moan in pain. She heard the murmuring sounds from the customers and from the corner of eyes, she could see that her manager was rushing towards them with a frantic look on his face. She was sure that he must be sweating with all the tension in the air and was scared of the reputation of the restaurant. She wanted to yell at her manager, plead him to break the fight but nothing came out of her mouth. She turned her head around to look at Noel, who was sitting at the table unaware of his friend's departure but hearing the whispers, he immediately shot up and rushed towards the scene but he didn't try to intervene or break the fight. "She is mine. How dare you even try to touch her?" Aiden growled throwing his head back and she was scared that he would transform himself in the middle of the restaurant and their tear Dylan's head off. She was not exaggerating because Alphas get crazy when someone else touches their omegas or when they think that someone else is courting them. She hated that fact about Alphas. "Rich coming from someone who can reject on the first night itself..." Dylan spat. Lylia closed her eyes shut. It was going to end badly. Why can't Dylan just shut up? She shook her head, not even trying to look up because she was sure that it must have definitely angered Aiden. Any Alpha would be injured that comment, especially if that is true. She lifted ahead as soon as she heard the cracking sound echo around the room. She winced and her hands flew to her mouth as she notices that the impact of Aiden's punch was Dylan, lying on the ground with blood coming out of his corner of the mouth. She couldn't believe that he would actually hit him. "Are you f*****g crazy?" She yelled at her mate and staggered towards Dylan but before she could even sit on her knees to examine his wound, her arms were tightly gripped by a strong hand and she was pulled up. Her breath hitched in her throat as she came face to face with her mate. She hadn't observed it before but he looked even more gorgeous upfront. He had the kind of eyes that you would get lost into and would never want to look away, the soft tempting lips that were so inviting that she wanted to slot her lips against his to confirm that they were indeed the softest lips. But his eyes were dark and the way he was narrowing his eyes at her she knew that he was seething.  She could feel everyone stare on her as she was standing in front of Alpha. Usually, it is considered to be disrespectful of other wolves to intervene in between Alpha and Omega. No one dared interrupted them or tried to make a sound. It was sort of awkward for her because she was sure everyone was waiting for Aiden to make a move. "Are you calling me crazy Omega? You are disrespecting your Alpha?" He snarled, a smirk playing at his lips as he tightened his hold on her while she was sure that he was not thinking straight because of his tone. His alpha was on the brink and she had to tread lightly before doing anything drastic. "No..." She stuttered not meeting his eyes. The omega felt him left her head towards him. She was scared at the way her hair stood at the back of a neck and she felt chilly while looking at him. Just the way he was staring she knew that his Alpha was threatening to come out any movement. "Mmh... Good. At least you know what to answer..." He softly said while brushing her cheek with the pad of his thumb when she heard a squeaky voice from the crowd. "She is his mate?" Lylia snapped her head towards the omega. She was not surprised that it was one of the Omegas that tagged along with her Alpha and Noel. Aiden wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to which she immediately clutched on to his collar, scared. The Alpha growled at the omegas who whimpered in fear and bent their heads down not even daring to look into his eyes. Noel who had been staring at the interaction from past few minutes widened his eyes looking at his friend. "She is mine" He growled while looking at them making her notice that they just nodded their heads not even daring to look into his eyes. She was aware of all the eyes on them but at the moment she couldn't care because of the way he was holding her. She could feel the warmth of his hand against her the waist and filled their breathing in sync. As his grip moved, she couldn't suppress the whine falling out of her lips, her omega was too pleased to see Alpha like this. Aiden stared back at her, surprised at the way she was reacting and pushed his face in her neck. Lylia couldn't think about anything else. She was sure that the moans of pain she was hearing from Dylan should distract her enough to attend to him but instead she was reluctant to move her eyes away from her mate. She shuddered to feel the cold tip of his nose brush against her bond mark. It was still raw and the way he was breathing against her neck made her think as if he was scenting her. It could be one of the possibilities as Alphas get extremely possessive in these kinds of situations and usually scent their mates. She thought of releasing her own pheromones to calm down her Alpha. Her scent glands were getting affected at the way her Alpha was purposefully moving his nose rubbing it against her bond mark and the scent gland. "Mine" He whispered in a soft yet possessive tone, clutching her waist tighter than usual, the cool breath hitting her neck and causing her to shudder in pleasure. She bit on her lips, trying not to moan at the way he was handling her. Before she could reply she felt his tongue dart out, she flinched as he gave a tentative kitten lick near her pulse point. It seemed as if he was trying to check whether she would be affected or not. She held onto his shoulder tighter as he released a loud breath on her skin. She knew that he was definitely going to bite her again just to show that she belonged to him, that should anger her but instead, she was feeling her abdomen clench at the thought. It was just her Omega hormones acting up again. They were the culprit, not her. She squeaked a loud moan, her face red as he finally sunk his teeth in her skin. She felt as if she was being lifted from the ground, the tingling sensation was spread throughout her body and she felt her vision blurry and hazy. She couldn't see anything by the tears formed in her eyes as he started sucking on the skin of her neck, followed by the occasional licks. Her slick was staining her panties and she was embarrassed because everyone could smell her and the way she was getting affected by her Alpha being close to her. As if something hit him all of a sudden he pushed her back, immediately moving his hands off her waist as it burnt him to which a confused squeal slipped out from her mouth as she stared at her Alpha. What had happened all of a sudden? She stared at him and noticed the way his chest was rising and falling rapidly, breathing out of control but his eyes retained to normal and he looked composed and calm, from the look unlike before. It seemed as if his Alpha was calm now or well he calmed himself. Whatever it was. She blinked her eyes, staring at him, waiting for him to say something but he didn't say anything. Just looked back at Noel and then as if he remembered that he had actually hit someone in his crazy act he turned to look back at Dylan and raised his eyes. In a few seconds he was already picking some money from his pocket and he handed the wad towards the manager who was still in shock. She noticed that he couldn't even hold the money securely in his hands and he was trembling from the way Aiden was gripping at his hand. "It won't happen again..." Aiden said to no one in particular but she felt as if it was aimed at her. She stood there, staring at him as he gripped another Omega and walked out of there without even waiting for his friend. "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience..." Noel said with a flushed look on his face and the omega beside him looked a bit embarrassed as well, not meeting anyone's eyes. He stared at Lylia who just blinked her eyes at him. He gave her an apologetic look and walked out of the restaurant. "What just happened?" Sophia squeaked looking at them making Lylia flinch. The omega did not answer her instead bent down to help Dylan. He wobbling, stood on his feet and as she was about to walk inside and help him with his wound, which she was sure would last for few days because his cheek already looked swollen and his eyes were black, she heard a loud clearing of the throat. She turned around and noticed that the manager had a shocked look on his face still, unable to digest the incident. He looked at her with a grave look, "We need to talk." ***
