It was exciting to see Alaric and Sadie become close after a few short sessions especially considering his initial impressions of her were not the best. It wasn't to say that she was rude; he just thought she presented herself with an air of arrogance, now that we've gotten to know her better the arrogance seemed more like it was a shield to protect her from forming connections.
The last few days Alaric has been with Sadie while I was with the twins, helping them learn more powerful healing potions especially after learning that Sadie could have bleed out if it weren't for the potions that Gemma had on hand. Now that we knew we were going to be dealing with a witch we had to be prepared for anything. Today, Alaric and I would be switching. He will be teaching the twins
