Two weeks later, Mark got an answer to his questions about the relationship between the bishop and Nate. He soon wished he hadn’t.
It was evening. The shoot had run long because the representative from House of Lauré had decided out-of-hand that the outfits that had been sent weren’t the ones they should have been using. She knew it meant everyone would be working overtime, which would cost the company a small fortune, but she was adamant they wait until the right clothing arrived before beginning the photo session.
It was an outdoor shoot at the Belvedere Castle in Central Park, which at least would make the trip home less onerous for Mark since he lived not too far from there. He and the rest of the crew stayed until the head photographer decided it was getting too dark to
