Another day in a meeting, my corporation is growing massively and so does the work, my brother thinks I should have some fun and just not think about work but I can’t, working is what I am good at.

And my duties as Alpha King keep getting tough, the bigger the packs the more the work. The black moon pack is the largest turf in the whole city and has the biggest population, so we made a branch, the black crest moon which my young brother Alexandra leads.

While in the meeting, I block out everyone and close my eyes. Images of Blue-green eyes and beautiful shiny golden hair fill my head. I have been dreaming about Aurora for years. I’ve looked everywhere to no avail. My wolf immediately calms whenever we think about her.

“So what do you think about the expansion brother?” my brother asks, pulling me out of my thoughts.

“What?"

“You weren’t listening again, still thinking about that girl, we don’t even know exist,” I growl.

Everyone close to me knows her, she’s the only person I paint in my pictures. I let out a sigh, could it be that it was just a dream? No, it was real.

“ Brother just calm down, we all have our eyes open in the street for your girl,"

“Dismissed,” My executives' bow before leaving, it’s just my brother, beta Lorenzo, his brother Ash and their cousin Gaby, they are all good fighters of the pack and one of my most trusted people.

" We've worked too hard this week, let's go to your club and have a few drinks,“ Gaby suggests.

“ I agree, everyone in this room including you, Xavier,” My brother says. I know they won’t let it go.

“Ok,”

My phone rings but I turn it off.

Caytana has been calling me a lot, she an influential part of the pack, and we have s****l relations, no strings attached. We have a mutual understanding even though she is years older than me, I like older women they don’t give me pressure, or what to go on stupid dates, do silly picnics

Two hours later we have arrived at the club, it’s one of the company’s establishments other than hotels, resorts, buildings, and restaurants around the City.

The place is a success, as soon as we enter we go straight to the private lounge. It's a bit darker and has a great view of what’s happening down there, young adults getting drunk and dancing.

I watch people dance when someone catches my eyes. Right in the middle of the room stands a tall girl, I can't see her face as she is giving me her back.

She begins to move her body seductively, her waist and hips are in sync, her hands are in the air like she cares for nothing. I keep watching her.

A man goes behind to dance with her, and she doesn’t mind the way he’s touching her waist, a growl involuntary escapes me making my brother and the others look at me but I don’t care. I keep looking at her, they follow my gaze looking between both of us

The man says something in her ear, and another man brings her a drink, she gulps it down and I can’t help a smirk that appears on my lips.

The man behind her finally leaves and they change the song to a fast one and she slowly turns her frame in my direction, I'm taken back by her beauty, how does she even exist?

I block out Ares, my wolf. He’s anxious and too over-excited for some reason

“ Alpha are you ok?” I hear someone ask.

“Xavier?” I don't listen to anyone's voice, their voices sound far from me yet we are in the same room, every fiber in me is focused on the woman dancing.

“It's her,” I breathe. My brother and the Molaro siblings come to my side. My wolf says something else 'mate'

“Mate,” I whisper but everyone hears and I think they have gone in shock, Aurora is my mate. She briefly looks at me but tears her gaze away and continues to dance.

“She can’t feel the bond, her wolf is there but not fully awake,” I start to go to her but suddenly, there’s a commotion down there.

|" Gas!" People are screaming and running about. I check to see where my mate is but she’s gone, and panic sets in.

“Brother calm down. Your aura is going crazy and scaring everyone,” I look at Lorenzo, Ash and Gaby have backed away, my wolf is too upset right now I can’t control it.

“FIND HER NOW,” I order. My brother and beta start giving out orders to our men, I sit on the couch, hands on my face, I'm trying to remain calm but I can't. Aurora is mine, the woman of my dreams, the little girl I met years ago.

“Calm down, she can’t be far,” I hear my brother says over the phone.

“ We are sorry Alpha, we couldn’t find her anywhere,” One of the head hunters says. I look at them dumbfounded, my pack has the best trackers, fighters, and hunters yet they can't find one girl, ONLY ONE.

I'm livid and my Ares is releasing his alpha aura, dominating the room the hunters scurry away.

“ I want everyone looking for her Alexander am I clear?”

“We’ve already shown them a picture, a camera at the club caught when they were parking, don't worry we'll find her,” my beta assures me, sounding as confident as ever.

“I can’t believe she’s real and turns out to be the king's mate,” Ashton is enjoying this too much.

“Shouldn’t you be out there looking for her like the rest?"

“let's go, “ Ash frowns and gets out of my penthouse. I walk to one of my favorite rooms, my painting studio.

I close my eyes and let images of her appear to me, she's just as I dreamt, her symmetrical face, fair skin, long legs, and her slender figure….. she’s just perfect, like a goddess. I'll find her no matter what.
