Violet leads us to a cottage in the middle of the woods covered in vines saying this is where the witch Laveau lives. As we walk closer to the house, Micah reaches out and grabs my hand. I like holding his hand. I like all contact with him because of these addicting tingles.
"Stay close to me," Micah says under his breath. I look at Micah and smile, but he looks really worried. I look at Steven and Violet to see that Steven is also reaching out to grab his mate. I look back at Micah, who still seems very worried.
