I don't know how much time has passed. I know the world is still turning around me... but my world is lying in this hospital bed, and my life is on hold until she opens her eyes again.
I hear the door to the hospital room open behind me, but I don't care to look. "My god. She looks worse than I thought." An upset Kaylin starts crying.
