Connor's POV Spending the evening with Natalie and eating Chinese food had been just what I needed to pull me out of my funk.  For the first time in a while, I went to bed feeling a bit lighter.  In fact, I felt that lightness throughout the day. I was trying to think of an excuse to spend another evening with Natalie, but all my reasons felt, well, lame. I didn't even know what I was doing. It had been a while since I had sought out anyone's company but my sister's. But I felt a growing kinship with Natalie. Or friendship? I don't know, but whatever it is, I want more of it. I was debating my options while pacing around my room when I saw Natalie pull up in front of the house and stomp up the walk.
