I closed the door behind me and as expected, Stanly was standing back on guard. “Good day miss Amber.” Stanley greeted in his usual stoic manner. “Hi Stanley.” I returned the greeting and made my way down to go find Ava. When I entered the room, Samantha, Jenny and Jack, my fellow magicals, were there talking to Ava. Jenny smirked at me and wiggled her eyebrows at me, and I groaned internally. I should have known that nothing remains a secret around here. Jack just nodded at me in acknowledgement whereas Samantha quirked an eyebrow at me and flicked her long red hair in annoyance at seeing me. it was no secret that she had a thing for Seth, and I held my chin a little higher in knowing that Seth claimed us to being together himself.
