BREAKING THE BARRIER Il

Marcus knelt down and began crying, “she made me do it, she made me do it,” he kept repeating.

“Who?"

“ME!” Clarris's loud voice echoed through the room. 

Out of breath King Jerald just wiped his tears and looked down. He had already guessed that she was somehow involved.

“No no, how?” Rachel cried

“Come on! didn't you all miss me? This is not the welcome I was expecting” Clarris teased.

“What happened to the barrier, how did you pass through?” 

“Miguel you really ask stupid questions,” Lotus replied.

“I'm confused, how is she here?” Miguel replied

“The Nemo drowned, no Nemo no barrier. Father if we survive this please enroll Miguel into a public school," Lotus suggested.

“LOTUS!” Clarris yelled out

“What witch! can't you let me finish educating my brother, you've confused him.”

“SHUT UP!” Clarris yelled out.

“Come make me you child snatcher?” Upon hearing that Clarris lifted her hands and pushed Lotus back into the water and began drowning him.

Rachel tried to jump in and save her son but Clarris waved her other hand, swayed and lifted Rachel in mid air then pinned her to the wall.

“Any of you move and I will break your mother's neck!” 

“Please Clarris spare them,” Jerald pleaded.

“You thought you were clever, didn't you?” you went behind my back and fathered an abomination you stupid fool!” She yelled on top of her voice.

“I'm so sorry Clarris, I just wanted to save my sons, just wanted them to have a normal…. My son's never committed any wrong to you,” King Jerald pleaded. Even though it was embarrassing for him to begging in front of his sons.

Clarris laughed out loud, “I'm going to drown them one by one starting with this big mouth i***t, and you are all going to watch.” 

“But you said you would spare us,” Marcus said in a faint voice.

“Ooh did I say that?” She pushed Lotus back into the water this time making sure that his entire body was submerged into the water and began sucking the life out of me. Lotus was panicking and trying to push himself up but the force pushing him was too strong.

Barrick who was still recovering from the fact that the Nemo was gone got up and rushed for Clarris, “you stupid witch you killed Angel!” But Clarris turned her head and froze him in mid air. “I specifically warned everyone not to move! Do you stupid sons ever listen? This set is the most annoying set of sons you've ever had, I can't wait to kill you all.” She began squeezing him too and he screamed out in pain. 

Marcus noticed the water move where he was kneeling.The more she squeezed on Barrick the more the water moved. Then it hit him.The Nemo, the Nemo, was more fond of Barrick than any of the brothers. 

He got up and whirled a ball of water and struck Barrick hard. Everyone in the room stared at him in shock, even Clarris was shocked. 

He looked at the water and this time it splashed up the stairs

“Wow Marcus, you really want a place on my team,” Clarris teased.

Marcus ignored her, unknown to her; he had just confirmed that the Nemo was still alive but it needed motivation. And hurting Barrick was the stimulant. He again whilrded a ball of water and struck Barrick, this time sending him flying.

“Son no, what are you doing?” Rachel cried out.

The waves began to move in the water and this time everyone noticed. Clarris could now feel the Nemo. She quickly let go of Rachel and Lotus but she was not quick enough. A long golden fluke with spikes emerged from the pool of water and struck her near her heart.

Clarris hissed out in pain and screamed out. Her hair snakes grabbed onto the fluke and injected toxic Venom in it but that did not stop the fluke from inserting deeper. Clarris wailed out pain, breaking all the windows in the castle.

King Jerald and his sons could not believe what they were seeing. Barrick got up in pain but began cheering at the sight of what seemed to be his Nemo. Even though king Jerald was feeling weak again. The sight of Clarris in pain brought a smile to his face. His sons managed to pull him away from the fracus but they couldn't manage to get to Lotus who was still in the pool and in the middle of the fight. Her snakes bit again into the fluke but the more venom they injected the more powerful the fluke got.

Clarris realized this and she grabbed the fluke by hand and pulled on it with all her might. She gathered the vapour around and iced it and froze the fluke, this forced the creature to drag her into the water. Like she was drowning Lotus the fluke began drowning her. Lotus was so caught up watching the fight that he did not want to leave the water.

Cleselda and Darrell appeared, Cleselda began chanting and the water began turning into larvae. This forced the creature to let go of Clarris and come up. It lifted Lotus out of the water and faced Cleselda. 

Now everyone was able to see him, he had a human face, dark short hair with golden gold patches on his sides. Just like the Nemo he had seven emeralds of different colors on his forehead that circled a bigger like crystal embedded in the middle of his forehead. But this time his body was of a Nixie, a type of mermaid. He was beautiful and magnificent But what was more weird was the fact that he resembled Lotus. Everyone turned and looked at lotus who for the first time was speechless.

Sensing that the creature was now more furious and angry, Cleselda formed a portal and with the help of Darrell they lifted Clarris and jumped through it and disappeared.
