Tucker’s POV
I was heading to the cells with Austin. I was going to give Elena the good news that she can live out her days in a house that I am going to let her design. I am sure that her getting to design the house will make her happy. I know that she will be glad about my change of heart about what is going to happen to her. It is certainly better than the alternative. The closer we got to the cells, the worse I felt, so I picked up the pace. I didn’t mention to Austin why I was suddenly hurrying. He made no comment and kept pace with me.
