Adrian’s POV
I have been so busy for the bulk of the day. Paperwork, followed by interviews for a new lead over the kitchen. Elena was going to be over it, but I knew that it would be overwhelming to take everything that she needed to do over, all at one time. It would be hard on anyone. I remember that it was so tough on me when I took over as Alpha. I was not going to make things even harder on Elena. I was trying to show her that I love and care for her through my actions.
