Hearing her say that about Elena, a growl ripped out of me and shook the room. I had help though. Her father, brothers, and grandfather had all growled along with me. That was the actual reason that the room shook. How could Genesis say something like that about Elena? She was so wrong. Why did I ever accept her offer? My greed for more cost me my mate. I should have just killed Genesis the moment she threatened Elena. Made HER disappear. Then I would still have Elena as a mate.
