I left the room with Alpha Xavier and Sam on my flanks. I wanted Xavier to stay in the safe room, but Sasha said he needed to be there. I don't know why, but I didn't like it. I know Dimitri is going to have his beta with him, he doesn't leave home without him. A good Alpha who actually cares about their pack would leave their beta behind. Your beta is your second, the one who holds the pack down when the Alpha is away. I would never take broody with me.
