The group reached the Werewolf Leader's cave in full numbers. No one died along the way, and everyone looked happy after their fights. The gold mine proved to be a pleasant place. Werewolves left nice trophies in the form of gold coins when they died. You could get three to five coins from a monster's corpse.
Dan sometimes spent mana to keep the orc healthy. Dhroll took some damage. Dan didn't regret wasting mana.
The young man got to level 14 and improved the initial Healing spell out of habit. Only the power of the epic ring made the weak spell enjoyable to use.

The title Baron gave the player access to other guilds' spells! He immediately visited the Tower of Mages where he was met with a pleasant atmosphere. The mages made no secret of their disdain for the rich dumb swordsman. Pay gold, dumbass, and you'll get a crumb of wisdom!
Dan gladly gave 1,000 gold coins for a simple Cure Wounds spell. The power of this spell was great support for a player who has several hundred life points. The ring turned an entry-level skill into a powerful ability to restore health to himself and his allies.

The matter of mana shortage didn't bother Dan because he could summon hobbits in a secluded place and replenish the mana supply. The young man was in no hurry to demonstrate his skill at summoning useful allies. Hobbits are allies. Orc and girls are strange acquaintances who require close attention and careful proximity.
Koreima put her hand to her temple with the feigned look of a dying beauty.
"It smells so disgusting in here," the vampiress whispered and held her hand out toward the human. "Honey, will you treat me? I need to regain my strength before a dangerous fight."
"Bloodsucker doesn't change," grinned Algrin. "Koreima, stop playing the dying weakling."
Dhroll regarded the large werewolf body with a smile. The dungeon master had already taken the form of a beast-like figure. He was taller than the orc and broader in the shoulders. Thick black fur covered the mutant's body. His claws gleamed with a metallic sheen. Everyone could see that each claw exceeded the length of an ordinary dagger. Even a simple attack from this boss could kill a weak player who didn't take care to develop his Body.

"Much fame," growled Dhroll.
"Little brains," grinned the blond assassin scornfully and looked at Tom's figure.
"What does the group' advisor have to say?"
"I see no need to waste serious words on you," smiled the clone. "You do not understand my demands. It will be the same as always. Whoever survives gets trophies and the right to mock the losers."
"His powerful first attack will kill any of us," Dan remarked and winked at Tom. "Care to start the fight?"
The orc frowned and muttered that the glorious son of a mighty tribe was ready to be the first to engage the dangerous monster. The vampiress and the elven girl shook their heads understandingly. They had long suspected that the obscure advisor Tom was Dan's swordsman special double.
"Of course I will help you. Try to survive. The powers of the ancestors will bring me back to you for help," the phantom laughed. He enjoyed fooling the two haughty girls with his tricks. Only the orc took his words with complete seriousness and respect.
"Great skill. The power of your ancestors is great," roared Dhroll and prepared for battle.
"A strong skill," whispered Koreima. She was well aware that there is no moving spell that can grant access to any part of the world.
Koreima had already obtained a pass to the Castle. In the event of death, she could quickly get from Kor Castle to Zangar and make it to the portal to the dungeon. But then it will take a few minutes to make it to that cave in time! In one minute of combat, five strong warriors can destroy a boss that will lose a quarter of its defense.
Algrin wasted no time in the new offer to sell the mysterious spell to the elves of her kind. Nasty Tom once responded very rudely that the power of the ancestors was not a bargaining subject.
The clone did not act stupidly like an orc. He cast the Walk of Caution spell and disappeared. The invisible warrior ran swiftly toward the boss. The Werewolf Leader was grinning and ready to face his enemies at any moment. He did not know that he met cunning and sneaky opponents who use all methods to achieve victory.
Insolent Tom demonstrated the full extent of his cunning. First, he applied the Stun skill and got a second extra time for a couple of attacks. The next attacks were the swordsman's most powerful skills. Rage of Ars and Cut of Kornelius inflicted severe wounds. The mutant's blood whipped at Tom's armor in two bursts. The fearsome werewolf roared with rage and struck at once with two paws at the body of the swordsman who had appeared in front of the mutant. The claws pierced Tom and he died instantly. Parts of the clone's equipment sprinkled on the floor of the boss's furry paws. A red number appeared in the air that stunned everyone for a moment.
-9992.
To survive such a blow you need to buy a full set of artifacts and maximize the health of the Body. Then the health reserve can exceed 10000 points. But such a cautious player will not have enough strength to deal heavy damage to a large boss of epic rank.
With a roar, Dhroll delivered the first ax strike on the mutant's paw. Koreima spared no effort and unleashed a burst of her spells on the werewolf. Algrin managed to land two blasts of magic as well, as she raced toward the Werewolf Pack. The Assassin cared nothing for disguises. Next to an ally like an orc, the disguise doesn't matter. What matters is your ability to dodge a dangerous ally neighbor. Dhroll's ax didn't distinguish between enemy and friend.
The orc roared and chopped the enemy's hull. Dan immediately summoned a new phantom and had time to strike his first blow against the enemy. The power of Rage of Ars' strike threw the large furry body back against the wall. The werewolf knocked down Algrin, who crept up from the side to s***h her opponent with her daggers.
The vampiress's laughter cut through the noise of the battle.
"Clumsy loser!" Koreima distracted to insult the elfish woman.
"Careless goon," the assassin hissed and began to strike at her enemy's paws.
Dan managed to strike Cut of Kornelius and was struck by the werewolf's claws.
The terrible pain of the cuts flashed through the young man's body. He grimaced and quickly healed his wounds. He could already see Tom's figure hurrying to pick up his sword from the floor of the cave.
The clone sprang to the scene of the battle and deftly dodged the blade of the huge ax. The swordsman dropped to his knees in front of his sword and quickly armed himself. He struck at the werewolf's paws. Once again, the patron's skill was able to pierce through the remnants of the Werewolf Leader's defenses and deal good damage.
All the anger and aggression of the boss was taken on by Dhroll.
Dan alternated between one hit and one treatment of his ally's wounds. Tom figured out a long time ago that any boss can be destroyed by the primitive use of tactics One tank and a dozen strong healers. When people have access to the Tower of the Mage's excellent spells, they can easily destroy bosses in dungeons. All bosses except the Epic rank bosses. These monsters had too much health and did too much damage.
Suddenly the boss figure began to fall and the orc happily struck the falling mutant with his ax.
"I killed him!" Dhroll roared with delight.
"You killed your cheeky muzzle, dumbass! Get the spikes off your armor! You hurt me several times again! You don't want to swap your armor for the armor of decent citizens? Then don't jump around like a rat during a fight. Fight in one place," Algrin hastened to express her persistent grievances.
"Don't insult orc armor," the vampiress interceded for her old acquaintance. "Don't keep your eyes open? Suffer in silence!"
"Those are b****y words, bloodsucker. Suffer in silence! The monster killed Algrin," laughed Tom and proceeded to pick up parts of his equipment from the ground.
"Congratulations, Algrin, your kind are proud of you," Dan smiled and picked up two scrolls from the ground.
Koreima bit her lip in indignation. She wanted to cry tears of annoyance! The damned elven girl had managed to steal victory from her again! She must strengthen her spells! She must beg Countess Korwin for a mysterious ancient magic strike!
The orc quickly hid his ax behind his back and looked at the man curiously. Scrolls are spells. Unnecessary spells are scrolls for sale. Selling scrolls is gold. Dhroll wanted a lot of gold. He needs to buy new armor from the good smith Humhum. Repairing the equipment is expensive. The stuff of a good Humhum restores its own durability!
Raven lived up to the orc's expectation.
"The Rabies spell I'm taking for myself," grinned the swordsman who understood the importance of replenishing his skill collection. He pleased his allies with the continuation. "The epic rank Bleeding can be sold for a couple of thousand gold coins. No one would turn down four hundred gold coins?"
"Throw it up for auction! A skill like that is also worth ten thousand coins," the vampiress immediately offered. Vampires have never been interested in weapons combat techniques.
Dhroll grinned his fangs and gladly supported Koreima.
"Ten thousand gold coins is a lot per person. It's not hundreds of coins it's thousands of coins," rejoiced Dhroll.
"That's two thousand coins, stupid," Algrin put her finger to her lips. "My kind can redeem a skill for ten thousand coins. It's a good skill. It's not particularly interesting. I have a Bleeding no weaker than that. But for solidity and collection, this skill will be good too."
"Then the elves can pay more than ten thousand for it. Put the spell up for auction, Dan. Listen to me, my delicious," Koreima winked at the human.
"Put it up for auction. You've got enough detractors in the Grossroads. No need to increase their numbers," laughed Tom.
"Greedy humans," hissed Algrin. She never had enough fame. Killing a monster of great rank is honor and glory. But to deliver to the Kin an ancient skill is a very nice addition to popularity and importance.
