I have been gone for four years now, i've been trying to find out why omegas can't shift and live, I went to the old elders, You know the ones that was here first, if it wasn't for them and the moon goddess we would not be here today, I was with them for over four years learning their ways, they had told me why the moon goddess had made us, shoot i don't blame her for doing that when two that she made tried to destroy her, So she made them weak and that's how we were made, I have trained every single day and then the day i shifted, i was able to do so with the help of my mate, one of the elders, he knew i was his mate, but was unable to do so since i wasn't of age yet but when i became of age, he mated and marked me, i am now one of the elders but i'm still learning, I knew i needed to go back home, i felt that something was wrong, I had to call my parents to let them know i wasn't coming home, i was staying here, Elie the high elder told me i needed to call and let them know, So, when i got up this morning John told me that i needed to do it and get it over with, So i got my phone and hit the send button, mom picked up on the third ring, when she answered the phone i new right away something was wrong,

“Mom. what's wrong, is there something wrong?”

“No honey, everything is okay, i will tell you everything once you are home,” I knew i dreaded this, but it needed to be said, i didn't want to keep them waiting for me to show up,

“Well mom about that. I'm not coming home, i found my mate he's a elder, and that made me a elder, i'm still in training, and guess what, i have shifted, It hurt a heck of a lot, but i made it through,. that's how i found out that John was my mate.” She was quiet for a few minutes, i had to look on my phone to see if we were still connected, and then she finally told me what was wrong,

“Honey listen, something happened a few days ago, don't freak out though i know you will, but Cassidy also shifted on her birthday, Her mate was Alpha Drake, he rejected her, and she ended up punching him in the face breaking his nose, He than banished her from the pack,” i was stunned, i didn't know what to say, i was going through all kinds of emotions, i was trying to control them,

‘Have you heard from her? Has she called you at all?”

“Yes honey, she has. She is trying to get away as far as she can. She knows if Drake finds out she is close, He will send someone after her,”

“Wait, i'm going to get some stuff together and come home to help find her,”

“Wait sweetheart, She doesn't want you to find her. She told me to tell you not to do that. When she is ready, she will come back. just let her go. She said that once she gets stronger, she will be back.”

‘But mom, she is only eighteen. It's dangerous out there for her, i just can't let her do this on her own. What is she going to do,”

“I don't know honey, but when she gets to where she is going, she will call me, its going to be okay i promise, just stay there like your suppose to, do not break their rules honey, they are the eldest of the elders, once she calls me., i will tell her to call you ok baby girl,” I knew she was right, but once i get off the phone with her, i'm going to call my sister, i need to know that she is okay, i need to know if she needs me or not, she is my little sister, i just can't just let her be by herself, i will rip someone's head off over her, she's my baby sister for crying out loud, so i decided to just make my mother happy.

“Alright mom, just tell her to call me and let me know that she is okay, i love you,”

‘OKay mom, tell dad I love him too.” we hung up the phone, i was pacing back and forth, then i stopped. i hit the send button, and the phone started ringing. She answered on the fifth ring, and i swear if she didn't answer that damn phone, i was going to keep calling until she answered it,

“Hey sis,. listen, i know why your calling, yes im okay, right now im somewhere that Drake can't find, me, but my phone is about to dye, i need to put it on the charger,”

‘Cassidy, do you need me there with you? Just give me the word, and i will be there, I can help you Cassidy, please tell me where you are at,”
