She felt a stirring inside of her as they lay there exhausted from yet another round of sweet pleasure. A tingling feeling creeped inside her as the moonlight cast a soft glow in their room illuminating her now glowing eyes. She wasn't sure exactly what was going on and she looked puzzled over at her mate sleeping peacefully beside her. She sat up quickly and shook him awake. He moved a little letting out a low grumble as he did. "Alana, I am too tired to go again. Get some rest then we will go again. i promise kitten." A sharp pain shot through her causing her to yelp out loud. Suddenly she felt Abraham sit up his eyes wide as he stared at her. "There is osmething wrong Abe. I feel.." she closed her eyes taking in deep breaths as she tried to suck in as much air as possible. "We need to get you outside right away! I think you are about to shift!" He scooped her up into his arms running down the palace steps and out the door. It felt like it took forever as he ran down the stairs skipping stairs as he did. He was desperate to get her to the woods so she could freely shift into her wolf. He knew the pain that was about to come form her first shift and he wanted her to feel the cool air on her skin as she did. "It hurts Abe. My body is on fire! What is happenig to me?" He could feel her body changing as he made his way out the palace doors and headed straight towards the woods. Her body was hot to the touch and he was trying everything possible to get her to the woods where he would place her firey body on the cool forest floor. He knew how critical it was for her to shift for the first time in the woods. They finally made it to the forests edge where he placed her on the ground soothing her with his words as she screamed out in agonizing pain. Her body began to make excrutiating noise as her bones began to break and reform. "Just breathe kitten. Take deep breaths in and slowly out. I need you to just listen to my voice. Nod if you hear me." He waited as he watched her soothing her hair back from her face and forehead. He placed soft gentle kisses on her cheeks as her body continued to boil out of control. Her voice began to change as she howled in pain and he felt her skin turn to soft fur. She was now on the ground her back to him as she screamed and howled begging him to make it stop. There were teards in his eyes as he stepped back allowing her the space to change into her beast. He was warring inside himself trying to fight a need to protect her and the knowledge that she needed space to go through this first shift. The moon light danced across her body and the noises coming from her were unatural and haunting to his core. His mouth dropped open as he stood up looking at the beast that stood before him. Her body was covered in a sivlery white fur and as he reached out to touch her he could feel the electricity coming from her body. It jolted him back and threw him to the ground. He had never experienced anything like it before and his wolf was stirring inside him begging to be released to meet his mate. Abraham stood up stripping himself of his pajamas and allowing his beast to come forward moving himself to the back of his own mind. He felt his body change with ease as his wolf panted impatiently wanting to comfort their mate. The excitement was coursing thorugh him. Looking through his wolfs eyes he stared deeply at his mate. She was beautiful and he had never seen any wolf like her. Her silvery fur was long and she moved gracefully like a majestic dance with each movement. She was everything pure and graceful and he knew he was never going ot let her go. They were connected on a deep level and his sould would never be at peace without her. He ,oved slowly towards her nuzzling into her neck. He felt her feelings of peace and calm through their bond and then he heard the most beautiful voice inside his head. She was like an angel that came from heaven and he wold protect her with ihs life. my king, your wolf accpets me. kitten, he accpeted you the minute you walked into my office the first time. We both did. you are ours. Shall we run? I feel the need to feel the wind in my hiar and the cool Earth beneath my feet. She did not wait for him to respond. The energy she was releasing was hummming in the night. Without a word she took off sprinitng towards the woods, pounding faster and faster as she pushed her body to move. She could feel the breeze flwoing through her as she soaked in the forests energy as though she was absorbing it as her own. She could feel the the forest calling to her in a way she never heard before. The moon light seemed brighter and her eyes adjusted well to the night light. It was as though she were feeling for the very first time. It was exhilerating and intoxicating. Soon she came to a stop at the waters edge and sat on the embankment listening to the night and then howling in accpetance. She now had a beast. It gave her a new life. An energy that was once locked deep inside of her was bubbling to the surface. She stopped and listened for a breif moment feeling like the forest was calling for her. The waters were calm as she looked on. She felt her mate join her as he kneeled down, bowing his head to her in submission. She glanced at him before looking out into the deep of the calm water just as a breeze stirred it up. She felt the call. It needed her. She felt a pull towards the water as her beast moved instinctively to it. Drawn to step inside and let it wash over her furry body. She waded in and then allowed herself to submerge into its depths. The cool water washing over her as she closed her eyes and let it taking her under. Her mind was buzzing and her body was responding. It was as though she cold feel something there. It was stronger than she had ever felt before. She knew her having her beast was enhancing her sirens ability as well and she felt as though every ounce of water was telling her something. A warning that she needed to listen to. She opened her eyes and looked at her body. She hadn't even realized she was no longer in her wolf form but now her sirens form and her tail was glittering in the light cast into the water. Her eyes were glowing puprle and her scales shimmered their pinks, blues and purples. She swam to the surface breaking it just in time to see Abraham had sswitched back to his human self. He smiled at her, relief on his face. "You alright kitten?" he was concerned and it was etched on his body as he stood there in all his naked glory. "There is something the forest and the water is trying to tell me and I can't figure out what the message is yet. It's a feeling. I used to feel it as just a siren but the call it is stronger now." She looked around at her surroundings, trying hard to decipher what hse was feeling and what they forrest was trying to tell her. "It's like it is warning me. Now that i have my wold I feel it deeper than ever. It's a warning. Someone is looking for me and they won't stop. I don't think it is my father this time. I think it is someone else." Her eyes were glwoing a deeper purple now as she took in everything around her. The wind was picking up and the water was turning rougher. Abraham looked at her with a strange look on his face trying to decipher it was danger or not. The world knew very little of the sirens abilities and he wasn't sure how to react. "Should you get out of the water Alana? You are starting to worry me." His voce was nothing but an echo now as she closed her eyes taking in the wind and the urge to listen was growing deeper. The trees began to rustle around them and blow as a storm began to burst alive around them. The message was growing stronger. It was more urgent with each passing moment. Someone was there. Someone who wanted her and her alone. Her eyes burst open and she stared past Abraham into the tree line of the forest. Danger had found her and it wasn't her father.
