My conversation with Ruth hadn’t gone the way I had expected it to go. I had been expecting her to be upset that I had left without saying where I was going but I was caught off guard by the way that she blew up. I had never seen my sister this angry before and I was a little afraid of her now. I wasn't sure about what angered her the most, was it the fact that I had found my mate so soon or it was the fact that she was human? There were a lot of things that she could have found infuriating and I just wasn't sure which one made her even more angry. I could understand that she was upset but I also felt like she was wasting her time by being angry with me because it wasn't as if there was anything that she could do to change the situation.
