Liam's POV
Douglas's fierce warning growl shook our insides and pulled me from my little world.
I was so caught up in my mind that I didn't even notice Douglas coming to a stop.
"What's up, big guy?" I asked, feeling stupid that I left my attention occupied by something else.
"Rogues..." he answered, and every hair on Douglas's back rose, making him look more fierce and intimidating.
I knew Douglas was only taking precautions, warning the rogue to stand back.
