Alaiza/Lilac's Pov
"Do you know why Alpha Jacob is summoning us?" I asked Beth as we walked towards Alpha Jacob's courtyard. Early in the morning, she woke me up because Alpha Jacob was summoning all the candidates.
"I don't know, Ma'am Lilac. All I know is that it has something to do with the second condition that Alpha Jacob wants to do for his future Luna," Beth answered me.
I wondered what Alpha Jacob wanted to happen this time. The first round was to be close to the members of his pack. Of our five girls, Ada was the one who got closer to the pack members. And I am the last of all. Because I can't force myself to get close to people who rejected my whole family.
Beth didn't know what Alpha Jacob was going to do to us so I kept quiet and didn't ask her again.
