ZARA’S POV :-
One day, two days, three days, a week passed by but there’s no sign of Diego anymore. He said he’ll be back soon, but he didn’t contact me once in this past week. He even ignored all my calls and texts. I have no idea where he is, what he’s doing or what happened with Emily’s case. Why did everything become so quiet all of a sudden?
“That’s it. I can’t wait anymore. I have to know what’s going on. I have to see him. I’m going to meet him at his office.” Taking my bag, I was ready to go out and meet Diego when Ella stopped me.
“NO! Zara. You can’t leave the house. It’s sir’s order.”
“Why? Why can’t I leave the house? Why is he keeping me locked in here? What is going on? Ella. I know he told you everything. So, tell me why he’s ignoring me. Why can’t I go outside.”
