I punched the dashboard hard in frustration, cracking it from the middle. What is happening in my life all of a sudden? How did Zara get tangled in such trouble? If something happens to Emily or her baby, they won’t spare Zara.
To make sure things didn’t go out of hand, I rushed to the hospital where everyone was waiting for some news from the doctor. And after a little wait, we got the update.
“Doctor. How’s my daughter? Is her baby alright?”
“I’m sorry to say this but we couldn’t save the baby. The patient’s doing well and there is no serious damage to her head. We will shift her to a privet room once we’re done aborting the dead fetus.”
