“Well, you might have sensed it. I have no magic. I am not worthy enough”; She covered her face and sobbed. Augustus’ eyes widened. So that is why he could not sense mana core, she must have extremely weak one. He looked at her sobbing, making him pity her. He knows how bad it is to feel outcaste and ignored by your parents. Just how his father believed in someone else more than him. He looked at her, who was trying to compose herself. He looked out when the carriage stopped at the hospital. The girl looked up, in confusion where they have stopped. “We are at the hospital, let’s get you treated.”; Augustus said. He walked out of the carriage and gave his hand to her. She fidgeted in nervousness, but took his hand and got out of the carriage. Her eyes widened when she saw such a gigantic building. She took her hands away and clenched them near her chest. “Sir, I am fine. I don’t need a checkup.”; She said. Augustus raised his eyebrows in confusion and looked down. She was putting all her weight on one leg; she has injured her ankle. “Miss, you are injured. It is better to get a doctor to check on it.”; He said. Her tears fell off her face in nervousness, making Augustus look at her in confusion. “Sir, I have limited money. Seeing the building, I am sure that the cost of a checkup will be a sizeable amount. I cannot lose my money here.”; She said in a very low tone. He smiled at her. She thought that she would have to pay for the checkup; How cute! “Miss, you don’t have to pay anything. It is my carriage that harmed you. I will pay for your checkup.”; Augustus replied. The lady looked in confusion and shook her head. “No, I cannot do that, sir. I was at fault, not your driver.”; The lady said. Augustus smiled and her and walked closer to her, making her take some steps back and looked at him in confusion with her big eyes. “I am the Crown Prince. Paying for your checkup won’t be much for me.”; Augustus said, making the lady’s eyes widened. She suddenly bowed down, stumbling a bit because of her injury. Augustus took a step back at her sudden action. “I am so sorry, Your Highness. I did not know of your identity and have committed such a grave sin.”; The lady said. Augustus chuckled at her cuteness. “Please get up. If you are so sorry, I would like to know your name.”; Augustus said. The lady got up and looked at him with nervousness. “I am, no, I was the third princess of Casuer. Abigail Ella Agosti.”; Abigail answered, looking down at the ground. Augustus clenched his fist in anger towards her father. How can a father abandon his daughter like that? “Asiaur kingdom welcome you princess.”; Augustus answered. Taking her hand in his, he planted a small kiss on her hand. He looked up to see her checks and ears covered in a beautiful shade of red. “I am no princess any longer, Your Highness.”; She answered. She chuckled at him in a self-mocking way. She looked down and took her hand away. Augustus sighed but said nothing. “Please let me at least get you checked up.”; He said. Abigail looked at him for some time before nodding her head. He supported her inside the building and asked someone to bring the chair. Every nurse and doctor bowed down to Augustus and greeted him with respect. Abigail did not even look up. Augustus knew she was feeling embarrassed with her circumstances, and he wanted to make her feel better, but he did not know how. The nurse brought her inside the cabin and asked Augustus to stay out. He complied as he saw a doctor coming towards him. She bowed at him in greeting. “Please take good care of the lady. She was injured because of my driver’s carelessness.”; He said. The doctor smiled and nodded before entering. Augustus smiled. He saw the admiration in the doctor’s eyes. He likes it when his reputation gets better and better. He sat outside and was looking at the garden in front of him. He suddenly got up when he saw Aarav walked through the garden. He ran towards him and caught up with him. “Aarav.”; He called out, making Aarav come to a stop. Aarav looked back at him and raised his eyebrows as if he was trying to remember who the f**k he is? He would have vomited blood if he knew he was correct. Aarav did not remember him for a second and had to think before it clicked to him. “Your Highness.”; Aarav greeted him. Not saying anything about the first name basis because it is common in India for people to call others by first name even if you have met just once in your life. “What are you doing here? Is everything okay?”; Augustus questioned. He noticed how Aarav greeted him but did not bow down with respect. “I am a student of Doctor David, Your Highness. I study and work here. What brings you here?”; Aarav questioned. He by no means is going to tell about his sister to him. He can tell that this man is shady as f**k. He might do anything to get what he wants. “Ah, my driver hit a lady I came here to get her treated.”; Augustus said. Aarav nodded at that, he noticed how Augustus answered him in a loud voice making everyone hear it. He looked around and saw how people were impressed by the man. Aarav chuckled mentally; he is using a lady to improve his reputation since he was thrown out of Griffith’s mansion. “That is very nice of you, Your Highness. Now if you will excuse me, I have classes to attend.”; Aarav said and was about to walk away when he heard someone calling to Augustus. “Your Highness.”; A small lady like voice called to him; making Augustus look at Abigail who was on wheel chair. He saw her ankle being plastered. Aarav looked at the lady, seeing her reddish-orange hair. People sure have loud hair colour.
