Over the next week, Marina worked hard to test and finalize the menu for the cafe. She needed recipes that she could make over and over, the same each time. When she could afford to hire help in the kitchen, these instructions would be critical to have. Sure enough, Ethan had joined them the day she was testing variations on the pesto-shrimp pizza.
