Make A Move

629 Words
Upon exiting the dense forest, I embarked on a journey toward the human Kingdom with a sense of apprehension and curiosity. It had been weeks since the last group of humans had entered the forest, and I was eager to find out what they might be plotting. My heart raced as I thought about the possible reasons for their prolonged absence. Perhaps they were planning a surprise attack, or maybe they had already found what they were looking for. Whatever their motive might be, I knew that I had to unravel the mystery and prepare myself for any impending danger. As I arrived at the human Kingdom, I took great care to avoid being detected. I moved stealthily along the streets, keeping an eye out for any information that could be of use to me. The bright sun shines high in the sky, casting a warm glow over the bustling village. My main objective was to locate the whereabouts of the King, so I kept my senses sharp and my mind focused. With each step I took, I observed the people, the buildings, and the sounds around me, trying to piece together any clues that could lead me to my target. Despite the challenges, I remained calm and determined, confident in my ability to complete my mission. As per my observations during my recent visit, I couldn't help but notice the significant increase in the number of human men present at the location. To my surprise, I also noticed a considerable amount of weapons being brandished around. This is quite unusual and gives me a feeling that they are preparing for something big. I couldn't shake off the feeling that their preparation had something to do with me. As the sun set and the darkness slowly enveloped the castle, I began to move around stealthily, my footsteps making barely any sound on the stone floor. The moon had not yet risen, leaving the surroundings dimly lit. With a sense of urgency, I searched for any clues or information that would help me accomplish my mission. Every nook and cranny of the castle was meticulously examined, as I kept my senses sharp and alert, ready for any unexpected encounters. Although I haven't overheard any specific plans for an attack, I have been closely observing human behavior and it's becoming increasingly concerning. From my observations, it's evident that something is amiss and I feel it's only a matter of time before a potentially dangerous situation arises. As a result, I have decided to take proactive measures to ensure that I am fully prepared for any possible scenario that may occur. After completing a thorough measurement of the castle's perimeter, I decided to take another round to ensure the accuracy of my previous observations. Once done, I left to observe the group of men once again. I needed to confirm the accuracy of what I had seen earlier. Only then could I be confident in making any consequential decisions? After slipping away unnoticed from the human village, I made my way back to the dense woods. My mind was consumed with the thought of exacting revenge on the humans who had caused the death of my beloved son. I knew that it was time for me to take a stand and make them pay for their actions. As I retreated deeper into the woods, I began to prepare myself for the imminent war between myself and the humans. I sharpened my claws, honed my senses, increased my skills in sword fighting, gained more control of my powers, and readied my mind for the brutal battle that lay ahead. The humans had no idea what was coming for them, but they would soon learn the wrath of a mother who had lost everything.
