~KRISTEN POV~
"Mom, can I visit Mr. Princkel?"
"When'd he come back?"
"I don't know, mom. I just saw his house get brighter a few days ago. "
Okay, dear, say hello to him for me.
"Okay mom, thank you mom."
"Dear... please bring these sandwiches too. He always liked this one. "
I smile at my thoughtful, amazing mom.
Mom already put the sandwich into the plastic tupperware.
I open his gate and head to his front door, but it's so strange because Mr. Dale, his driver, always greets me at the front door, and Mr. Princkel's car is not in the front yard like always. I only see a black Lamborghini with a red fire design on its body.
I laugh softly at that car because it's not a suitable car for someone old like Mr. Princkel. Probably Mr. Princkel's son bought it for him.
"Mr. Princkel!!!"
I shouted softly, but I didn't see him sit on his usual couch.
Okay, this is strange, but I just brush it off and think he's probably still in his room now. I walked towards his kitchen, but I didn't see his cook, Mrs. Winey, preparing Mr. Princkel's breakfast like she always does.
I pulled out the plate and put the sandwich that I bought for him on it. Then I put it on his dining table. I go back to the kitchen and boil some water to make coffee for Mr. Princkel and me.
I have a lot of questions to ask him. I miss him like I miss my own grandfather. He always treated me like his own grandchild too.
A few minutes passed, but I didn't hear anything or anyone.
But suddenly, I hear someone's footsteps as they walk down the stairs.
That was probably Mr. Princkel heading to the dining room.
I had already made the coffee for him and me, so I brought it to his dining room.
"Mr. Princkel, when do you come back here?"
"Who are you?"
I stopped pouring the coffee for Mr. Princkel and looked at the strange and new voice I had never heard before.
"I... was your next-door daughter."
"And?"
He asked me with his fierce eyes.
Where is Mr. Princkel? And who are you? "
Mr. Princkel sold this house to me. And I'm the new owner of this house. "
"Okay...."
That it's him.
I cannot stop staring at his perfect and incredibly beautiful body.
He was just wearing short pants and was showing off his firm and muscled body to me.
My mind was blank, but my heart was screaming happily because I could see him closer. This is the third time I've met him, but in the most awkward situation.
I acted stupidly and ran back to my home before he asked another question.
"Slow down, Kris. "What happened, Kris?" my father inquired as I caught my breath in the front yard.My dad is seated at his favourite chair, enjoying the morning views before we all go to our restaurant today like always.
It's not Mr..Prin...kel at that..house."
I try to breathe and talk steadily at the same time.
"Okay, just take a deep breath first, then speak again, Kris."
I nodded.
A few minutes passed, and I managed to tell him everything. No wonder I didn't see Mr. Princkel's car and all his servants. My dad was laughing at my situation, so mom came and heard dad tell her about my awkward situation. She laughed too and said I shouldn't walk inside another house again like that without greetings and waiting for the owner to come and open the door for me.
But I tell her that Mr. Princkel is always mad at me if I ring his door bell. He told me that I was his grandchild, so I just came in and made myself at home.
My dad jokes that the new owner is so lucky today because he already has coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. My mom laughs again.
"That's so true, honey."
~ROBERT POV~
I heard someone shouting on the ground floor. Who dares enter my house at this time?
It's still 6:45 in the morning. I get up, brush my teeth, and then I take a short shower. I put on my short pants only because I feel more comfortable like that inside my own home. When I checked my front door, my gate was already open widely. I know I have to lock my front door and gate, but this is the safest neighbourhood in this country and no one can come into this neighbourhood without the security allowing them.
When I heard someone's footsteps from my kitchen, I walked slowly towards it and saw a plate of sandwiches at my dining table. Then a beautiful girl came out of the kitchen and said something about the old owner of this house. She looks stunning even in a simple dress that accentuates her lovely curves.holding a pot of coffee and started pouring it into the cup that she brought along. She didn't look at me while doing that.
"Who are you?"
She stopped and looked at me. She's my neighbour next door. She dared to enter my house and questioned me about who was the real owner. I bought this house a month before I moved here a few days ago. But I didn't expect to have a noisy and shameful neighbour next door. She came into my house without knocking on my front door. How rude can this human be?
I thought only demons had no moral values, but I didn't expect a beautiful girl like this to also have bad habits. Come into another person's house and act like she's the owner and didn't say sorry. I want to chase her out of my house, but she acts faster than me. She ran away from my house and didn't look back.
But lucky for me, she brought breakfast for me and already made tasty coffee. So she's the same girl that was staring at me yesterday. Now she's my neighbor, and how lucky of me to meet her again.
