“In the evening” Mia answered almost immediately after I asked when she would be leaving school. “Mom’s been taking care of Ember so she might take time to come pick me up but I want to be ready when she does,” Mia said after packing the last piece of clothing in her bag.
“I actually, dad’s coming to pick me up in an hour, you can hitch a ride with us” I offered hoping to get her to the pack sooner, maybe I could drop by to see Ember too. I haven’t been to the alpha’s residence before. It’s kinda off limits for people like me but I’m sure they wouldn’t mind me dropping by.
“Really? That’d be great. I could tell mom not to bother. I seriously can’t wait to get my car as well. That way it’d be easy to go back home every weekend” Mia pouted while playing with a few locks of
