I deliberately let Killian take the lead in this mission because I highly suspected that he would pre-warn some people to clean up their garages before the search, so that they look clean.
I had suspected these guys of getting dirty money but you know when you want to bring the full force of law on people you need evidence. And me as a detective I know better. Our society is stinky rotten with the very people who are supposed to be the custodians of law breaking it more than anyone else.
I don’t claim to be righteous or something but I would rather be poor than watch our children, relatives, and friends’ lives being corroded by drugs and we don’t protect them but instead enjoy the dirty money. This is my birth city and I’m not about watching it fade away into a drug den.
