"Jay," his father - Alpha Rodel called. Jay turned around and saw his father leaning on the door.
"Yes, Dad?" Jay asked. His father walked towards him and patted his shoulder. Alpha Rodel sat next to him.
"What do you think? Should we stop the search?" he said. "I don't want to give false hope to Jaime and Alondra anymore," his father added. Jay's face contorted with confusion mixed with anger. How could his father say that?
"Dad, you can't! Calliope's still out there!" Jay muttered. Alpha Rodel heaved a sigh.
"We aren't getting anywhere, son," Alpha Rodel stated. "We had no clues or information," he added.
"But we can't stop! We need to get her back. She's a member of Moonshine pack," Jay persisted. He hasn't given up yet.
