A loud explosion shook the packhouse and woke everyone from their sleep. Warriors quickly assembled and ran towards the sound. Harvey and Bellatrix jumped from their bed and threw on whatever they could find. They met Eleanor and Ethan in the hallway as Siobhan, Callan, and their parents came down the stairs.
“What was that?” Ethan asked.
“Guards at the border say that there are rogues attacking the territory.” Alpha King Leon said. “Our strongest warriors are out there now but I am joining them.” the Queen put her hand on her husband’s shoulder.
“Be safe.” is all she could say. “Siobhan, Trix, Eleanor. I need you to help me find pups and omegas who don’t fight and get them to safety.” The women nodded.
