Victor Stane, the third prince of Cirano, the fifth child of the 27th King of Cirano, the younger half-brother of Victoria Stane and the current principal of the Royal Cirano Academy, known for the last nine decades of producing and making successful and inspiring individuals, who have made history. The academy educates both royalty and nobility, and it also allowed the commoners to have access to read and learn in the library, closely located to the royal academy. The kingdom of Cirano is the oldest kingdom known to the human race, in other words, called Umend. Another reason why most of the buildings have remained for the past two centuries.
Although it may be mostly known for having the oldest buildings and artifacts, it also has new buildings and amazing views, especially from the flower gardens, planted by Olivia Stane, the founder of frist and risme.
Cirano is currently known and popular for the Pede, the fairy race, due to their love of flowers, especially the jalivia flowers. Jalivia are beautiful light blue hued flowers with white patterns at the edge of the petals, planted by Olivia Stane during her first year at the royal Cirano Academy. These are flowers especially made by her, using flower frist, after rediscovering the first law of liume. Jalivia flowers are used for strengthening a person's frist foundation, also known for strengthening the Alaric death risme curse when in close contact with the flower.
Over the years, the Alaric family have come to be used to the negative effect of the jalivia flower used on them, growing immune to the flowers or either using them to increase their level of death risme. So, when the first princess of Cirano, Victoria Stane had gotten engaged to Felix Alaric, the second child of the Alaric family, the second son of the Alaric, who had been managing the mines for the past five years.
While the first prince of Glath, Daniel Furlorn, had his birthday on the 17th of September,G247. King Clover had planned a secret meeting with only Amelia Foxen, his secretary and Victor Stane, due to his sister and Rico being unavailable for the past six weeks, as they were currently on a three-month mission on the alternate universe called earth.
"So, today we need to discuss our current situation."
"And don't forget about the issue with the Glathonies."
"Thank you, Amelia. I wonder how I would do my work without you."
"Just like how you would do normally except more horrible and disorganized."
She had bluntly told him and left him in the war room, opening the closest cabinet which revealed filed pages containing the last records of Glathonies' behavior over the last five decades.
"Here."
They each got a copy of the files, opened the records and studied the Glathony race movement, comparing the information of each year, noticing a pattern in the years G207, G227 and G247, the current year.
"Amelia."
"You called for me, your majesty."
"Firstly, I request for you to stop mocking me and number two, bring the map of Glath to me."
"I don't think I will be able to make your first request, but I can do the second one."
She answered bluntly to Clover. He had simply learned how to not take her words to heart, so her words didn't have as much impact as it normally would have on him. As she swirled her dark blue night sky, short wavy hair packed into a messy bun, leaving her bangs to cover most of her forehead, which perfectly curved against her plump cheeks, as she headed for his simple yet autistic black desk, opening the first drawer of the desk, she had taken a glimpse of the orange scroll and positioned it, on top of the table and in the center of the table while spreading it for them to have a clearer view on.
The map showed specific points and location of the world of Glath, from the intersections of the four Umend kingdoms, located at the edges of the map, Cirano being in the middle of the four kingdoms and having the most land from the south, followed by Glath, which was located in the north, Arenelle having the third most land, located in the west, and Eclair having the least land, located in the east.
The land of Umend, the human race was indicated by the color brown on the map, the land of Suthend, the elf race was indicated by the color light blue on the map, the land of Pede, the fairy race was indicated by the color salmon on the map, the land of Foumet, the demon race was indicated by the color dark red on the map, the land of Luwn, the dragon race was indicated by the color white on the map, the land of Adalu, the dwarf race was indicated by the color turquoise, the land of Maluwe, the giant race was indicated by the color orange. There is a particular section that was marked restricted on the map. The entire section was colored black on the map, meaning it was the location of Glathony, the lava monster race territory. There is a reason why their world is called Glathon.
Glathon is a mystical and adventurous world, which also means it has its own dangers and threats. In other words, their threat is the lava monster race, Glathony. Glathony is a race that has a greater population than the rest of the seven main races in Glathon. They are the real reason why the dragon race has rapidly diminished over the years. The royals hid that fact during the great Tesar War. Glathon is a world which is mostly covered in hot and steamy places, which is why the Glathonies have been the perfect area to produce over the years. Their behavior is similar to volcanoes. Some volcanoes can be dormant, active and sleeping in the same way glathonies can be.
Over the past fifty years, most of the lava monsters have been sleeping for, while the remaining lava monsters have been attacking and killing citizens of Shason, the kingdom of Pede over the past fifty years, which have been disclosed by the royals, who covered the situation with accidents to make it hard for the nobles and commoners to suspect them.
Daniella Sharal, the crown princess of the Shason kingdom, had covered the most recent incident in Shason, which happened on the 12th of October at midnight. Over one hundred and twenty-two thousand fairies had been killed with their wings being ripped from their bare backs and being burnt to crisp by the lava monsters. She had explained that they had released some fire-breathing wolves by mistake, while being scolded by the public for her irresponsible action. She was relieved by the fact they didn't question her words.
After that incident, the royals had started to arrange weekly raids on all the guilds, even the assassin guilds. If this information wasn't disclosed to the public, then the request would still stand. The Blars Assassin guild Master, Glenn, who was once a knight from Glath despite being born and raised in Cirano, asked an idea from the royals, only to get a no for an answer.
"Do you guys remember the idea that Guild Master Glenn gave three days ago?"
"An idea that was immediately regretted by the royals."
"But I think it might just work."
They both looked at Amelia with shock on their faces. After her unexpected response, it was quite rare for her to have positive thinking about important matters like this, conscious of their stares, she glared at them with her dark hazel eyes.
"Does there seem to be a problem between King Clover and Prince Victor?"
"No ma'am."
"Not at all, Lady Amelia."
They answered a bit too quickly for her taste, but at least they had composed themselves from her stare, while questioning her thoughts in a good, not invasive way, they had both played a game of rock, paper and scissors, which Clover had lost badly and had no other choice but to ask her. This whole situation was out of his grasp and he felt it from a mile away. He already knew his end was near, how he wished he hadn't skipped game week with the girls.
"Why do you think the system idea could help solve our problem?"
"That's quite easy, your majesty, and I am sorry for forgetting about your low intelligence. It seems to only affect the male side of your family. I just hope that your son won't take after you in that category."
"I get it Amelia, I am not as smart as my sister or best friend, but please don't insult me."
"Fine."
"Now can you please explain why the system idea won't end up in chaos?"
"That's quite easy. Do you remember last year when there seemed to be a leak through one of the world gates, which spilled Orcs to Glath."
"I remember that one, the numbers of orcs had filled more than half of Nanos, but had mysteriously been eradicated by three members of Blars."
"Well, at least someone is informed and bothered by this, unlike a certain someone who was too lazy to care about anything but his vacation week."
She had just insulted him, by now he would have been irked by the words she used, but she was right about it and kept his mouth shut, which meant that he had admitted defeat to her.
The system is normally a last resort to threats from the seven species. Glenn had managed to make it with Christa's and Rico's risme, to make a functional appliance without having to carry it, but instead, to have access to it in public. The secret was only meant for Blars guild members, but Glenn had decided to suggest the idea to the royals, only to be rejected by them, and yet he still uses it with his guild members.
