CHAPTER 13
"Where are we on the Madison fire?" Nash asked as he approached Angelo's desk.
Letting out a deep breath, Angelo sat back in his chair, saying, "Not far. All we know is that it was just like the one at the second shelter fire. The fuse box was tampered with. When the lights were turned on, it caused an overload to the system, and blew."
Nash sat in the chair next to Angelo, asking, "What does Candace have to say? Did she see or hear anything out of the ordinary?"
Shaking his head, Angelo replied, "She says she didn't, but honestly Nash, I think she's hiding something."
"Do you think Pauly might get more out of her?" Nash questioned.
"He already spoke with her, and he came back with the same conclusion as I did. She knows something, but isn't speaking. Maybe she's scared. W
