My heart was hammering hard against my rib cage. Shadow was fighting for control so that he could run to Hazel. She informed me about the rogue's attack on us before the border patrol could alert us. I asked her to stay away but I forgot that she was a fast runner. She was there before everyone else. One of the patrollers there informed us that there were more than fifty rogues. Now I was running like a madman to reach her.
