“Tired?” I asked Hazel in a soft voice. She nodded while leaning back on the backrest of the couch where we were sitting right now. We finished our work here, and she completed all the formalities with HR. She was now my PA in the human world. I only wanted to keep her by my side all the time, and that was why I insisted on her accepting this position. I didn’t feel like leaving her alone in the pack. I also asked her to inspect the account section, and she also had a meeting with the security team here, in my company’s building.
