Troy’s smirk was mischievous. "Do you really need to thank me?"
I rolled my eyes. "And what do you mean by that?"
He stood up, walked around to me, putting a hand behind my neck as he leaned down to slam his lips against mine.
I should have realised he would use any excuse to kiss me again. I should have seen that coming, not that I was currently complaining as I kissed him back.
He deepened the kiss and I let him, enjoying his tongue taking over my mouth. His hand possessively around my neck. This man always made my body come to life… which is why I also needed to end this kiss.
