CLARITY
I quietly followed Alpha Amos, though I wasn’t sure where he was taking me. My eyes roamed the surroundings, and I quickly tried to familiarize myself with them, as I’d never been here before.
We entered what I assume was an office. I’ve seen his office inside the house, but I figured he barely used it. Now I know why. This office was smaller, but it looked more utilized. There were neatly rolled papers in one corner, which I guess were rolled maps. There was tons of paperwork on his table and some clothes hanging on the chair. The office smells like him.
I lightly shook my head. I can’t be thinking about his scent right now.
“I didn’t mean to yell at you. I’m sorry.” I uttered after a moment.
