Chapter7

Jessie

I woke up with last night’s events flooding through my mind. Ever since I met Lee I’ve been acting irrationally. What I did last night was a low blow considering her past with her family, I really hit the nerve. I guess that’s the reason why she was so upset that she left the restaurant. I wanted to make her jealous, I wanted her to see me! To notice me. But I went too far choosing her evil step sister as my escort. Of course I was not going to sleep with her but she doesn’t know that. I felt bad that after our food arrived I just paid the bill and left her with the food.

I needed to find her and apologize for my stupid childish behavior. How easy her sister was. I mean she agreed to accompany a man who randomly asked her out over the phone, she didn’t know who I was but she said yes just like that. I lied about my name and hoping she haven’t recognized me because my face is always on the news and gossip tabloids. I drove around the streets of Johannesburg hoping I could see her but the streets were full of people laughing, dogs barking and cars honking. She was nowhere to be found so I decided to call it a night and drove back to the condo.

As I approached I saw the lights on and a heavy load was lifted off my shoulders knowing she’s home safe and sound. I exited the lift and head straight to our door. I took a deep breath before opening the door. There she was with a bottle of cabernet sauvignon. She was very gloomy and I’m to blame for that. I sat beside her and suddenly the cat caught my tongue, I didn’t know what to say to her or how to apologize. I did the only thing I know how to do, taking her to my bed!. I don’t want to lie, I’ve been with countless woman my entire life who threw themselves at me. But non of them can make me feel how I felt inside of Lee.

I’m twenty eight years old but last night was the first time  I made love. She’s my drug and I’m not letting her go ever.

It’s been days since I’ve seen or talked to Tara and I don’t feeling like doing so. My father has called several times but I rejected his calls, I know he wants to talk about Tara. And I’m not in the mood of arguing with him. But the only thing I’m afraid of is him striping me off of all power. But today I’m planning to go back at the mansion to end thing with her, I can’t believe I let her move in.

I moved my hand trying to pull Lee into my arms but her side was empty, for some reason I panicked. I hopped out of bed running to the bathroom to  check if she’s  there but I couldn’t find a single trace that she used the shower this morning. I went back into the bedroom to find the clothes she wore last night  still on the floor where I tossed them having a night of passion. I put on my sweat pants and checked the whole house to no avail. I found the door wide open and everything trashed in the living room.

They took her! The light that shined through my darkness was out instantly. My soul filled with complete darkness and it was consuming me. I needed to be normal again or else I’m going on a killing spree to satisfy the beast in me. I’m always blood thirsty without her by my side. I put on a sweat shirt and grab the keys to my car. I went to the security room to check the CCTV footage but thy were hiding their face. But one of them thought he dodged the camera when he took off his mask and I recognized him as the man who used to work for my dad. Huh! Clever… he used the men who are no longer in our operation.

I didn’t waste any more time. I drove to the mansion my anger pulsating through my veins. The moment I entered the house my voice was booming with anger throughout the house. “Come down here! You are going to tell me where you took her you mother fucker.” I said trying my best not to take out my gun and shoot him. My mom came running down the stairs with a worried face followed by my so called father. “Where is she dad?” I asked looking straight into his eyes.

“Who are you talking about son?”

“Don’t act oblivious! I know you took her. You can fool mom! You can manipulate your men! But you can’t fool me, remember I know you very well. You made me! I’m what I am because you rubbed your darkness on me. A beast knows how another beast operates. So you’re going to bring her to me before I burn everything I touch. So you must know, I’m capable of killing my own mother so you can feel how I feel right at this moment.”

“ What are you saying Jessie?” my mom asked nervously.

“Tell him to bring my woman back and you don’t have to worry about your safety, I’m prepared to do anything for her safety. Even if it means putting a bullet on my own mother’s head.” I said sternly, I want them to know I mean business.

My dad didn’t say anything all this time. If he wants war that’s what he will get.

Lerato

I woke up with a throbbing headache and I was at the back of a moving truck naked. I’m kidnapped? Where is Jessie?. What kind of a sick bastard will abduct me naked. The didn’t even had the decency to cover my body. Suddenly the truck came to halt, two tall buff men opened the back door and dragged me to a building that looked like an old warehouse. They pushed and kicked me as if I was nothing, I think the broke my ribs.

“Dude what are you doing? We are not supposed to lay a ginger on her!” one of them said pulling the hooligans away from me. I could see guilt in his eyes, then why is he doing this if he’s not as enthusiastic about it like others are?. He tossed me a sun dress to wear and I was grateful to him. Imagine this hooligans lusting on my nakedness the entire time here. The tied me to a chair and they fed me some chicken noodle soup like a baby.

Now that I calmed down a bit the pain between my legs took me to what happened last night. I don’t remember most but the pain between my thighs tells me what I needed to know. I slept with the man who’s f*****g my sister. And right now I’m here tied down because of him. This wasn’t a random abduction, they knew who the came for. They wouldn’t risk going through our tight security for a random job.
